I had a wonderful experience with Torodo Logistics! They transported a large, very delicate antique chandelier from Connecticut to Michigan, and it arrived safely and in perfect condition. They took exceptional care in packing the glass globes separately and securing the chandelier for transport. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and everyone was professional, careful, and courteous. I was extremely nervous about shipping such a fragile and irreplaceable antique, but they made the entire process easy and gave me complete confidence. I would absolutely use Torodo Logistics again and highly recommend them for antiques and other fragile or valuable items!

We paid for “white glove” service to transport an antique baby carriage across the country. We could have found a cheaper option where someone would have blanket wrapped the carriage and thrown it in the back of a van. In this case, the company carefully wrapped and loaded and unloaded the item and delivered it right to a room of choice. Even though the delivery process took longer than some, it was worth the wait and cost for an excellent handling and delivery service. The carriage arrived safely and intact to its intended recipient and the baby loves it!

Extremely good service. The two men who picked up the furniture were on time, polite, and did a careful job of wrapping the piece for shipping. The van was clean and well equipped. The entire process was efficient and pleasant from phone conversations prior to pick up and until the piece left my house. I am a designer and I will use this company again.

I was so worried about my Grandmother's rocking chair being shipped across country but Torodo was so kind and assuring with my family heirloom. He helped me identify features of the clock, gave me a competitive price and had great patience answering my many questions in a timely manner. He stayed in communication with me throughout the delivery travel time and set it up where I wanted it, having the knowledge and expertise of its workings. He and his partner were professional and hard working. They even fixed the strings that a previous shipping company assembled poorly.

This company was great! I needed a grandfather clock moved from Colorado to California, and Torodo Logistics went above and beyond! They were very timely in picking the clock up, gave us plenty of notice, and worked very diligently to secure the clock. They communicated in a timely fashion about delivery as well. Upon arrival, they were very careful with my clock and explained the mechanisms of the clock to me. I would 1000% recommend Torodo Logistics for moving valuables, especially across the country.
