Torodo Logistics is an excellent and reliable company. The customer service is 5 star. I needed antiques and artwork moved without much advance notice and the owner of the company adjusted his schedule to accommodate my delivery. His price was competitive. Items were carefully wrapped and arrived in same condition. Movers were on time. Staff moved furniture to second and third floors. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Torodo.

Overall this was a good experience. At the outset, there was a bit of confusion regarding cost of insurance, at least on my part, but it worked out OK. Timing of arrival for pickup was spot on and a tad late to the destination but communication was good so that too was fine. The item shipped was heavy and required another person for loading and unloading. That too worked out well. The item shipped was easily within the timeframe promised and wrapped in protective blankets also as promised. As a result, there was no damage incurred. The driver and staff with whom I dealt were agreeable, pleasant and professional. I would use this company again.

Piano Delivered Same-Day as Promised
The team who delivered our piano went above and beyond. Due to some delivery drivers out that day, our crew was behind schedule but promised to deliver on the scheduled day, and deliver they did — working until 10 PM to carefully and thoughtfully bring our piano into our home. They were professional, communicative, and kind. 100% recommend.

So Happy With Our Piano Transport
I searched for a piano moving service that I could trust with safely and quickly transporting our piano to our son. I got several estimates, but all but one company (Torodo), said they would deliver in 60 to 90 days and also that they couldn’t assure me that I would have tracking and insurance. When I finally contacted Torodo, Omar was friendly, efficient and thorough. And every step of the way he provided the service I was hoping for. We are so happy we chose Torodo to transport our piano across the East Coast. My son had the piano set up in his home within 24 hours from when it was picked up! I highly recommend Omar and his team.

We used Torodo to move a 4 piece sofa from FL to IL
We used Torodo to move a 4 piece sectional sofa from Florida to Illinois. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The communication between the company was wonderful. I knew exactly when they were picking up my sofa & when they were delivering it. The driver, Omar, was polite, friendly, punctual and took such good care of wrapping the sofa that I was confident it would arrive in perfect condition and it did. Omar’s helpers on both ends were also fantastic. I read many reviews & I am so glad that I chose Torodo! It was a fantastic experience.

what an amazing experienced company so happy we found them. They were always on time, hard workers and very professional. They moved our grandfather clocks, wall clocks and boxes from South Carolina to South Florida and everything arrived on time with no problems. They also took time and put our clocks back together. We will never use another company they are hard workers and care about peoples belongings.

Family Heirloom Secretary
Shipment was a valuable to me family heirloom Secretary. It was very old and on wheels. I was planning to remove wheels anyway, but only 3 wheels arrived. The third was split in the leg and the wheel will not stay in anyways. No acknowledgement from driver. I believe it happened rolling it 150 feet down concrete driveway at destination. I have not made an insurance claim or been asked about any by company, just many requests for a review. The delivery was timely.

We’re sorry to learn of your concern regarding one of the wheels. The service agreement for this shipment provided for our team to wrap, load, transport, and deliver the piece, with unloading to be handled by the customer. Although unloading was not included in the original booking, our team assisted at delivery when additional help was needed.
Our agreement also clearly requires the customer to fully inspect the shipment upon delivery and to report and document any concerns before our crew departs. No concern regarding the wheel was reported or documented at delivery, and the issue was not brought to the attention of our office before this review was posted. As a result, Torodo Logistics was not given the opportunity to inspect or document the reported issue at the time of delivery.
Finally, while you referenced receiving multiple review requests, only one review request was sent for this shipment. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure our service terms and customer communications are clearly understood.
Would use them again
Everything went smoothly. The gentlemen doing the moving were friendly and professional. They took good care of my large wooden credenza, and I watched as they carefully wrapped and protected it during shipping. The main office kept me informed and were easy to reach when I had a question. I was happy with the whole process. Thanks Torodo (and Harriet)

Expected more but they got the job done.
Shipped large item from east coast to California. $2,300 total after shipping and service fees. The company delivered my item undamaged and the employees that delivered were very nice. I paid extra for packing and loading. I was advised that employees would wrap item in bubble wrap and shipping blankets. Unfortunately they just put a shipping blanket between the item and inside of the truck. I expected updates on item location and an estimated delivery date. I only got a 7-14 day window and was told I would receive a call 24 hours before to schedule delivery. The company provided no way to track my item and the only updates I received was from when I called asking for delivery update. I was given a window between 6:45pm and 8:45pm day of delivery. Got a call at 8:30pm saying 12:00am or next day? It was delivered at 12:15am. Maybe I’m being picky but for the price I paid I really expected better communication.

Excellent Service from Pickup to Delivery
Wow! I had an amazing experience with Torado Logistics. I needed to move some items from California to Massachusetts at the last minute, and from the moment I requested a quote, everything went smoothly. Other companies quoted outrageous rates for the move, but Torado Logistics offered the best price by far. They were reasonable, helpful, and understanding. The team showed up when they said they would, loaded my items without any issues, and told me they would see me at delivery. The crew at the initial loading was friendly, professional, and fast. When they arrived for delivery, one of the same team members who had loaded everything was there, which was reassuring. The delivery team was also friendly, professional, and fast. The only small drawback was that I had to call to find out the pickup window and again to confirm when the delivery would be. Even that was not a major issue, because after the initial call, I received multiple updates about the delivery truck’s status. I would definitely use Torado Logistics again for another move, and I will recommend them to family and friends as well!

Our antique drop leaf table arrived in perfect condition
Our antique drop leaf table traveled safe and sound from Santa Fe to Chicago. The communication at pickup and delivery was great, with the team working hard to accommodate a busy work schedule at the delivery end. The table was well protected with a thick pad under the blanket. Due to it’s age, they drivers recommended that it travel upside down, with the legs up to ensure it’s stability while traveling. I highly recommend this company.

Torodo Logistics was professional and customer service oriented from my first call to them. Omar was my original contact who took time and patience to explain and answer all of my questions about moving a very large, fragile antique mirror. I can't say enough positive things about Omar and his team at Torodo. We were able to have the mirror picked up and delivered at our desired times. I don't remember the 2 men's names who picked up and delivered the mirror but they were so courteous and packed the mirror in the utmost care. They went over and beyond to install the mirror when they arrived at the delivery address. We so appreciated them going beyond our expectations. I also received a call after the delivery to ensure we were satisfied with the delivery. I would use Torodo Logistics for any further types of move. The ladies that answered the phone when I called to check on pick up and delivery were more than helpful and personable. Compared to the 5 other moving companies I had investigated, Torodo not only had by far the best price but they also allowed us to request pick up and delivery dates for our item which traveled half way across the country. What an absolutely top notch, 5 STAR company. Thank you.
