Super speedy and friendly
When I ordered my Le Specs prescription sunglasses from Tortoise and Black earlier in the year I was delighted, they were perfect and so was gutted when they snapped in half a few months later. After contacting customer services I was over the moon when optical assistant Ellie Jones promptly responded. Within no time I had a new frame so really can't thank her enough great service !

Just what I wanted at a great price.
Website was extremely user friendly, glasses I wanted were over 200 less than in the opticians. I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I decided to order and was not disappointed. Thank you very much.

The best at customer service
I had a little defect with my Prada sunglasses so had to return the original pair. But the exchange was smooth thanks to Ellie and the team's quick and professional responses. They even called me to tell me that the warranty has been accepted by the manufacturer and notified me that they can send out a new pair immediately which was a nice gesture.
Extremely impressed with the price compared to other stores and delivery was quick too. Hope to shop with you guys again. Thank you again Ellie and Tortoise + Black!!

Excellent customer service
Ellie provided excellent customer service in respect of an issue that I had with my glasses. The issue was easily resolved. I would really recommend Tortoise + Black and will use them again in the future.
