Well... What can I say, after a year or trying to resolve my issues with various members of staff. I was introduced to Melanie Cloete what an absolute credit to TotalEnergies Gas and Power's business. Melanie very professionally and gracefully took the time to find out what the issues were, what needed to be resolved and how she could help. She reassured me that she was the right person to help and she managed my expectations of what she needed to do to help get this resolved. Melanie kept me informed all the way along and updated me as she had promised and more than met my expectation's. Tried calling up to enquire about something, someone picked up but didn’t speak and was just laughing on the other end of the phone. Could also hear other people in the background screaming so unsure if this person was working from home and had kids or if they genuinely just employ anyone
