Absolutely disgraceful delivery service.

This has to be one of the worst delivery experiences I have had. They do not even provide a simple 2-hour delivery window, which is completely unreasonable. People have jobs and cannot sit at home all day waiting blindly for a driver.
If you miss the delivery or nobody is home, they then charge an outrageous £70 redelivery fee, which feels like daylight robbery. What makes it even worse is that after paying this extra charge, the service still remains useless.
I had already paid for redelivery and then spent more than 3 hours waiting for someone to come back to me with even a rough delivery time, and still got no proper answer. So after taking another £70 from me, they still expected me to waste an entire working day waiting around with no communication, no timeslot, and no respect for the customer.
This delivery system is outdated, badly managed, and frankly unacceptable in this day and age. Charging customers premium money for such a poor, chaotic, and unprofessional service is an absolute disgrace.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering if delivery is involved, because the lack of communication and the ridiculous extra charges are beyond frustrating.

Professional on time

I ordered a sample tile as a contrast to my kitchen cupboards unfortunately although described as light green the tile was much darker than expected and not suitable for my project.

Great company to deal with, had an issue with delivery which was out of their control but they kept me informed and updated me regularly. Packaging was amazing too. The only breakages were my OHs fault because he was rolling the bubble wrap off - top tip, cut through the bubble wrap - would use again if the need arose.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the tiles I ordered, because they were old sizes I had to replace. I could not get the size I needed anymore , but found them on total tiles.. delivered quickly and well wrapped and protected, definitely would recommend company

Order delivered on time, a few broken tiles but customer services were willing to help and send me replacement - that's what you would expect from a top class online service. Would definitely use again.

We had been trying to find some particular tiles which all suppliers including TT listed as 'out of stock'. We sent an enquiry on the off chance, they found some for us and they were delivered a few days later. The service was prompt, polite and efficient and the price was right. We will use them again.

Great Customer Service Team, Best Price online, Delivered on Time would certainly recommend to anyone looking for tiles , I totally love My floor and it goes perfect with my New kitchen

Avoid this company at all costs! Tiles are cheap. They crack and chip when breathing on them. Company ignore your complaints and try to blame the tiler. Save yourself the grief and find a reputable supplier.

Avoid at all cost. Sold me tiles which are faulty then when i contacted them i was imformed they went into administration so no chance of money back. Now down 600 for tiles 780 to get fitting and will need to start again.
