I did the Highlights of Vietnam and Angkor Wat tour with Tour Compass/Discova. It was well organised and everything went smoothly with transfers and travel arrangements. The hotels were all very clean and comfortable with spacious, attractive rooms.
The tour guides in each place were all knowledgeable and friendly. I must especially commend Lam in Ho Chi Minh City for her enthusiasm and warm welcome, her extensive knowledge nor just of history, but the agriculture, plant life and rural traditions. Thank you so much!

Returned last week from the most amazing trip! I'd say it really was the trip of our life. The safari was absolutely spectacular! We saw all the big 5. Literally dozens of lions, elephants, giraffes. Hundreds of zebra, thousands of wildebeest. Hippos by the dozen, crocodiles, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas jackals, rhino..... the list goes on! Every day was a new and different experience. Our guide Alex was fantastic and a wealth of knowledge. The wild camps were fantastic. We made some lovely new friends and everyone who was travelling with tourcompass said the same. The night safari was so good too, we saw lions bring down and feast on a wildebeest. Then came a week on Zanzibar. Our hotel, Ocean Paradise Resort was out of this world! Staff super friendly and helpful food was top class room very big and extremely comfortable. We will never forget this amazing trip with Tourcompass and 100% reccomend Tourcompass. Thank you for arranging this and always being there for helpful advice before we went.

We had an amazing trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. From pick up at the airport by our guide Hassan whose knowledge of the Serengeti was incredible and by day two, we had spotted the BIG FIVE. It was a trip of a lifetime and I thank TourCompass for arranging everything down to the last detail

We booked a tour of Bali at short notice and although we changed various aspects of the holiday nothing seemed to phase any of the Tourcompass staff. Communication responses were quick and our holiday was a real success. Their choice of the “on the ground “ tour company for the day to day running was also good and the tour went off without any hitches. The hotels were all of a good standard and our Tour guide was excellent. Already looking at booking somewhere next year with Tourcompass.

First time using Tour Compass and it was for a special occasion. The holiday was everything and more than we could've hoped for. The hotel and arrangements were fabulous and our Tour Compass Rep, (Tandi), was approachable, knowledgeable and available. We didn't want to leave and are already checking out other Tour Compass options or even repeating our holiday, it was so great!

Safari of 10day duration was very well managed throughout. Airport pick ups and drop at the hotel was very well managed. It was so well arranged that all we had to do was turn up in the lobby at afore mentioned time.
Hand over between Safari drivers in Tanzania and Kenya was excellent. The drivers stayed with us until all immigration and custom clearance was completed. On top they were very friendly and very helpful.
Following the Safari we travelled to Uganda. Once again all the arrangements were well executed.
All in all it was a fantastic experience for my adult children and nieces.

I found Tour Compass on line and contacted them to discuss our safari/beach holiday to Tanzania/Zanzibar. The staff were excellent and arranged our holiday the way we wanted (unlike another couple of well known tour operators). Communication with Tour Compass staff was really good right from the start of our enquiry, both by telephone and email. They answered all our questions as they arose and provided all the information we needed up until we went on holiday. Our documents and plenty of information about our destination was also available to us on the Tour Compass app on our phones at all times. Great service, and we will definitely be using Tour Compass again.

The Tour was better than expected despite high expectations. It was very well organised and safe… the game drives were long and varied and we had every chance to see all the wildlife. Our driver was amazing and made the whole experience incredible. The beach resort was also incredible with friendly attentive staff, reasonable prices for drinks and all the amenities…

Our Tanzanian safari and Zanzibar beach holiday was booked through Tour Compass and lead by Zara Tours (Tour Compass Tanzanian business partners) - our guide was Peter Minja of Zara Tours.

This was the trip of a lifetime! We booked it for my 30th birthday and it was worth every penny. The booking process was so easy, we got a Black Friday discount and the booking team was so helpful right the way through booking, planning and going on the trip! They answered all my questions so fast whenever I had any.

The safari:
What can I say - this was incredible!!!
The tour goes through numerous parks - Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara - which means you will see numerous environments and animals.
Above all we saw the Big 5 - even the rhino, which other guests and even guides were shocked about! Peter was a top driver and always made sure we had the best views.

For lunch every day we had a hot, freshly prepared meal which Peter brought from the chefs in the hotels in the morning. Bottled water was bought by Peter at the beginning of the trip and stored in a fridge inside the Land Cruiser. Peter was a phenomenal guide with a radiant personality and he really made our trip 10x better.

The accommodations -
Highview hotel - this is the ‘base’ hotel and you will find it is filled with people who are also doing safari. It is a clean hotel with a great pool. The food is nice, a buffet for breakfast and evening meal. It was my wife’s 30th birthday on our return from Ikoma Wild Camp - the staff were absolutely fantastic, they made a birthday cake and made a big show with singing and dancing, it made the occasion so special. You are greeted with a cold towel and hibiscus juice every day after safari which was a very nice touch.
Ikoma Wild Camp - wow what an experience! The first night we slept in a hut then our last night was in a tent. Both had showers and bathroom inside, which is very important considering they had big cats and buffalo wandering around of a night (this is no joke - we had a buffalo outside our tent and another guest had a lion outside at around 04:00am - they give you a whistle to blow after dark and a guard comes to collect you to take you for dinner). It was incredible, we still felt very safe. We booked via Tour Compass the walking tour - this was a great experience to have walk amongst buffalo and elephants whilst being safely chaperoned by a ranger and his rifle. When we got to the hotel we found we could do the night time drive on the same evening as the walk - I would highly recommend this at $100pp as we saw 13 lions with cubs making way through the open and other nocturnal animals which you otherwise wouldn’t see.

Ocean Paradise resort
This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The staff were so kind, the grounds were so beautiful and so clean, and the food was some of the best, freshest and tastiest I’ve ever had in a hotel. The view of the ocean from the room and the main breakfast restaurant was incredible. The beach was fabulous. There are quite a few people trying to sell things on the beach but it didn’t bother us, especially as they were not allowed onto the hotels private section of beach. We did the safari blue, dolphin swimming (Mnemba island), and stone town excursions booked through the tour compass rep (working with Zenith Tours - the local partner in Zanzibar). The excursions were brilliant, and all private! Just us and the guide which was really nice.

To consider:
- A lot of the roads, in particular on the way to the Serengeti, are BUMPY. You will be on very bumpy and uncomfortable roads for extended periods of time!
- Tipping culture is somewhat confusing! Tips are not mandatory but are of course welcomed by hotel staff. Initially we were giving $1 here and there for people carrying our bags etc but having spoke to staff they explained that you can tip at the time or use the box at reception at the end, which is a eventually opted for.
- Haggling in smaller shops is okay, though is not something we personally did.

Overall an 11/10 experience that I will never forget.

Wonderful itinerary and very good value, so well organised between the indivdual info on my device, the flights, transfers and amazingly good hotel and excursions. I had a truly wonderful holiday that met all my dreams and exceeded expectations

Tour Compass put together a very good tour of Ecuador and the Galapagos islands. We were met, on time, by a guide and / or a driver at every location. We were kept up to date daily by the local agent, Pure Ecuador, on WhatsApp. Ecuador is a varied and exciting country. It is unique and it is blessed with very friendly people and inexpensive restaurants. I would recomment this tour to anyone who likes a bit of adventure. Who wouldn't want to go to the Andes at 3,800 metres, then to the Amazon Rainforest followed by the wonderful Galapagos Islands.

Bucket list trip to South Africa Kruger National Park and transfer to Cape Town. Hotel and safari surpassed all expectations. Can highly recommend TourCompass

From booking the holiday and until the end the staff at tour compass were friendly and efficient.

Every time I reached out with question the responses were quick and full.

We had an issue with collection timings whilst we were on holiday and I emailed the team and they sorted the issue out and responded very quickly.

I did the Victoria falls, Botswana and Cape Town trip. It was absolutely fantastic. Everything we booked including pick ups and drop offs worked so well. The tours with Bush Tracks in Zambia and Botswana and Stobers Tours in Cape Town were excellent, they really look after you. You really get to see the animals close up. I saw elephants, giraffes, rhinos, zebras, crocodiles and lions to name just a few. I highly recommend this trip.

All staff on the ground in Tanzania were fabulous

Knowledgeable driver and guide, hotel truly 4 star. Food of good quality, and variety. However would have been helpful if told before arrival that night drive requires dark unpatterned clothing.

Just returned from the best trip in my life.
Me and my ten yr old son went to the kruger safari , cape town , mauritius trip.
The whole experience from flights (7), transfers(6 in total) and hotels (3) were faultless and using this company for the first time i have had no regets and will definately use for my next trip . 10 out of 10 outstanding service .

We had the most amazing family holiday in Costa Rica. Tour Compass were really helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. They were also one of the only companies who included flights. The hotels picked by the company were beautiful, in great locations and Eco friendly. Additional activities offered were wonderful. I recommend the Volcano 🌋 walk and hot springs and zip lining in Monteverde. While in Costa Rica we had some questions and needed help to see a Doctor. Tour Compass answered our questions quickly and helped us to arrange a Doctors appointment.
I highly recommend Costa Rica as a great family holiday destination with teenagers. Wonderful memories were made. I would definitely use this company again for another trip.
