Since I much prefer talking to a human being rather than an anonymous chat line however efficient I found that my dealing with the person handling my request today was polite, efficient and very helpful. All was achieved in record time.

Spoke on the phone with Alison who was extremely helpful. As an older woman trying to book experiences for my sons and grandsons, I struggled understanding the process. Alison undertook the booking and explained the process to me.

Sorted my problem out
Be careful when using this company, easy to buy from but some much harder to get issues sorted . Bought an experience for my partner who really didn’t want to do it due to health issue . Contacted Track days 32 days after purchasing to say they have already paid another company and can’t issue a refund even tho no dates have been booked.

Company has come
Through and sorted my problem out so thanks for that .

Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback on your supercar driving experience. We appreciate all feedback, positive and negative so that we can make improvements in the future.
Without knowing the specifics of the experience you were booked on for, it's difficult for us to make a comment on the cars that should have been available. If you would like, you can provide us with some more information so we can make further inquiries.
However, we apologise on this occasion you felt disappointed with the car. Please keep in mind that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case.
The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary. Regarding vehicle availability, whilst you can suggest which vehicles you would like to drive on a certain experience, these will be subject to availability on the day.
