Alison was knowledgeable, friendly and obliging. Dealt with my enquiry and order immediately even changing the look of the voucher to compliment the gift I ordered. Highly recommend this customer service and will definitely order through this company again.

The staff were fantastic, unfortunately didn't catch all their names but Karen was fabulous. The amount of waiting around unfortunately knocked off a star. We were over an hour over a 2 hour time slot turned into 3 and a half hours. The car we booked was not available and unfortunately not a lot of alternatives were offered. However we would recommend as the staff were great and our daughter loved the experience.

Alison was fantastic. She went away to confirm the answers to our questions and then rang us back. We were then totally at ease with making the booking.

I contacted Trackdays today to extend a voucher for my newphew.

They could not have been more helpful and lovely on the phone, (thank you Alison 😊) and fortunately my forgetful nephew now has another 10 months to complete his Junior F1 experience - thank you!

I received a voucher as a gift and haven't been able to use it yet. I needed to change the voucher and extend it's expiry date. I spoke to Alison on the phone and she was very helpful, making the process easy and straightforward.

Unfortunately our grandson was not able to use his driving experience voucher before it expired. When I phoned Trackdays, Alison soon sorted us a new voucher for a small handling fee.

It was great to drive a range of cars that are almost certainly out of reach (price-wise) for me and probably most other people.

The day was as well organised as it could be I think given how many people were there. It can be confusing at times as you can be called for your next car while you're on your way to your current one. No biggie though as they will call you again later.

The 'instructors' are generally friendly enough and have differing levels of trust in you as a driver. I had four different instructors for four cars and the last instructor didn't trust me at all with the brakes. She was braking for me, and far too early on approach to the corner, which did take the fun out of driving that car.

One of the cars I drove was the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. I chose it specifically because it has a manual transmission, however the transmission was completely broken and the gears were near impossible to shift. I was told to keep the car in 3rd gear all the way round the circuit, which was quite boring and not what you want from a super car experience.

For me, what puts this review up to a 4 star is the great customer service. I got a call a few weeks before the event to tell me that a car I had chosen would be unavailable on the day. I was given an upgrade to one of the premium cars (Ferrari 599 V12) at no extra cost. The lady on the phone was very polite and definitely went the extra mile.

Overall a great day out, but my advice to the organising company would be to, at the very least, make sure all cars are mechanically sound. I'm not expecting perfection, but being unable to shift gears is a bit of a let down.

I booked this experience for my partner and the booking was unfortunately cancelled because of capacity. Completely fair enough they do specify that you shouldn’t book anything until you’ve had confirmation from the organisers. The team immediately started looking for alternatives. I called them and Alison answered who was incredible. I explained my situation and she went back to the organisers to see if there were any wiggle room. Unfortunately there was not but she found me another venue and sorted everything out. We chose new cars and it would have been more expensive but she sorted that out. I can’t thank her enough. She is an asset to the team and she made a bad situation better.

The agent, Beth, was very helpful, talking me though timings and other details. I chose to telephone as I prefer to speak to a real person and I'm very glad that I did.

Absolute rip off, they sell car experience vouchers for car chase heroes and the experience my husband had today was crap, shoddy cars, waiting time of over 2hrs, complaint not addressed with representatives there they try to fob him off. No way of getting refund unless you pay extra £30 beforehand, it cost my children enough for the experience present!!! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OTHER AS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY. They need to be stopped, taking well earned money and not delivering what's been promised when booked. Where is customer protection!!!
