It’s truly been a dream of mine to…

It’s truly been a dream of mine to drive the general lee and I got to do it with these guys! Also booked the gt500 on the day which was an absolute blast! Both my instructors were called Alan and I simply can’t say enough good words about these guys. So genuine and nice to deal with. I thought I’d be there to just scoot the car around the track but these guys get the best out you and really push to go fast. Amazing experience 5 out of 5. Can’t wait to go again!

Booking process was simple and easy.

Kayleigh was informative, polite and helpful and made the booking process simple and easy. The website however I found very challenging as it kept pushing back to pages not relevant to my attempted booking.

Track days Top for Customer Service

Today after looking at my daughter’s gift voucher for driving with track days I realised I needed help to sort out my booking so called the customer service . Becky answered and was so lovely . She was kind, calm knowledgeable and sorted out my problem with ease . A credit to the company . So good to be able to speak to a real human rather than automation or an email . Great service highly recommend Track days

I booked a driving experience through…

I booked a driving experience through Track Days and my booking was passed to Car Chase Heroes - look that the reviews for this company! Shocking
Told to arrive at 2:30 - so we arrived at 2pm it’s now 5pm and STILL WAITING in the middle of the field in blazing sunshine with no facilities for the 1 car we booked!
AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want the whole day waiting for a 10 min ride for £200
Silverstone or MB world are 100 times better
***Follow up - don’t bother responding to the Trustpilot request - they ignore that too. Also realised that if I had booked with Car Chase Heroes it would have been half the price!

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response — unfortunately, we didn’t receive a notification that your details had been updated.

We’re very sorry to hear of your disappointment. As guidance, we do advise allowing up to 2–3 hours at the venue to accommodate any potential delays on the day. To our knowledge, catering and refreshments are available on-site for your convenience.

Regarding the price, the experience is retailed at the rate provided to us by Car Chase Heroes and is generally comparable. It’s possible they were running a direct promotion that was not made available to us.

Bad experience

Had our experience booked for 1pm got there at 12.30 waited in the cue till 2pm still waiting at 3.30 and haven’t been on the experience yet. I can see people paying on the day going in before me. The cue was absolutely huge and that was the 12.30 cue. The 1pm cue was even bigger. We payed 2pound to park in a field. I will not be using these again!!
Drift limits was so much more organised.
I think it’s all about the money with this place

Misled and mis-sold

I ordered a voucher for a track day for my father last year which specifically stated and showed an image of the AC Cobra and when we went to book it, it wasn't available at barely any locations. I feel completely misled and that I was misold the track day at huge cost. When I queried it with TrackDays they did nothing. Very unhappy customer and will not use it again. Don't just read the fine print, triple check every detail you're told if you're going to buy!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, you have no protection and they will take your money even if events are cancelled! Disgusting service

They will reply with a load of terms and conditions which they believe then gives them the right to treat you anyway they like and take your money.

This has to be one of the most confusing booking services i have ever came across, words can't describe how confusing it is! ive spent hours trying to book a double supercar drive for me and my friend, and its just so fukng confusing. I rang up a while back asking for help and they just told me to look at the website.

Change of Driver...

I had occasion to change my booking due to incapacity. Alison was an absolute star and made the whole process very easy to change the driver to another name. First class service Alison!

absolute rip off i struggled to book a…

absolute rip off i struggled to book a circuit near my home town, eventually had to book one 130 miles away in carlisle i paid a supplement and additional insurance, i couldnt make the event date and was told it would cost me £29 per car to cancel i had booked 5 cars, they take your money and dont want to help if you try to cancel do not use these companys they have replied saying they have sent me a reply form, which they haven’t they have got my number why not just call me, has I have said they take your money and couldn’t care less if you want to change anything, go with virgin at least they give you plenty of options, I have told the venue and yourselves that I will not be going to the venue so why am I still being charged for the weekend supplement and the additional insurance, I did ask yourselves this question and you just say it’s nothing to do with track days, but yous are happy enough to take the money and then use the t&cs as I say to people do not use this company book with virgin they are very happy to help the paying customer

We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied as regards to the damage waiver and weekend fee and the choice of venues.

As regards to choice of venues, it is explicitly laid out under the 'General' section of the content for this experience on our website as follows: "Please do not buy this experience if the driver is only able to travel to one of the venue choices, they must be as flexible as the voucher is subject to venue availability." (SOURCE: https://www.trackdays.co.uk/experience/five-supercar-thrill-high-speed-passenger-ride/5014/) We are sorry if you missed this information when booking.

As regards to the weekend fee you have paid for, our suppliers at the venue for the experience you have booked commonly charge a fee as they have to do this to offset their costs from the venue owners for running at weekends, which are typically busier.

Regarding the Damage Waiver, this is offered to all customers so as to give peace of mind that, in the unlikely event of the vehicle(s) sustaining any damage on the day, you would not be liable for its costs of repairs.
