Used TradeKart a few times now and honestly, they’ve got me out of sticky situations more than once. The delivery is rapid – way quicker than Screwfix Sprint – and their customer service is actually helpful, not just some bot or script reader. Always polite, always know what they’re doing.

The range is spot on too. Way more choice than most of the big names and they often have decent promos running, which helps when you're pricing tight jobs.

If you’re on site and need stuff quick without the drama, these are the guys to use. 10/10 from me.

I can’t believe how quick these guys are, I placed an order, had a cuppa climbed back up the scaffolding to have to come back down to collect the gear off the delivery guy, It would have taken so much longer if I had packed up a driven to the nearest place for the bits

To my surprise l was gifted with £20 voucher an amazing customer services and loads of smiles over the phone. I can only say well done trade kart for hiring such wonderful people.

Have used TradeKart quite a few times and to say I'm impressed is an understatement. Time is everything when running a business so when I order something of an evening and I'm then woke up by the delivery driver the following morning with my order is a breath of fresh air, call me lazy but I love my sleep so if I can be woken up to my order I much prefer this than waking up earlier to head to the wholesaler before starting my day of jobs, honestly the personal service aswell receiving my free T-shirt is also a personal touch which shows these guys care about their customers and we aren't just a number but are cared about! Keep going guys can't wait to see the updates you guys implement to make things even greater than what they are!

It was quicker to order and have it delivered than to un box it and assemble it.

Brilliant easy and super fast

It is fast, no denying. But the app does not let you know of a product is not going to be delivered/in stock until it arrived. And just said it was not to be delivered and will be refunded. Search function is poor

I have made two orders upto now with Tradekart and I couldn't be happier. I received two generous discounts and the delivery was prompt and spot on. I will definately be using this service again.

Used them to order materials for the 1st time as they offered free delivery.

I placed 3 orders from 2 different Toolstation branches (1 of which was quite a distance) All my orders arrived no later that 45 mins, with the 1st and 3rd order arriving in 25 mins. The driver/rider even phones you when he/she is outside.........what a Great service!!!!!!

My only 1 little gripe is that I didn't get my usual 5% discount on my Toolstation orders, which is something that maybe be improved in the future.

This won't stop me using them again

Great service always punctual and so handy if materials are to be delivered on a job highly recommended and will be using this service a lot more.

Needed to return an item. Had to take it back to toolstation where they refund tradekart..... getting the refund from tradekart is not happening 7 business days later.
Save the hassle and just visit or order direct from TS

After my first order i was contacted by Francesca who offered a discount for new customers using the App. She was very helpful in guiding me through the process, being patient over the phone to make sure that i understood how it all worked, plus i learned some interesting facts about Tradekart and how it works with merchants.
She did a fantastic job of keeping me satisfied as a customer and her glowing enthusiasm made it a pleasure to speak with her .
I am very glad to have used the Tradekart App, it is more than just pressing buttons as they are customer focussed and really look forward to future offers , many thanks to Francesca !

Tradekart is a wonderful app and has very fast delivery and is just like uber eats. Deliveries came within 20 minutes. 100% reccomend.

Super quick delivery and every order has been spot on which saves lots of time at the merchants. The team are really friendly, efficient and helpful if you need them. I have been using TradeKart for a while now and they keep improving week after week. The team sometimes reach out to see how it’s going and to see how they can improve which they actually take on board and implement. James in particular was brilliant. I will be continuing to use TradeKart as it gives me more time on the jobs.

TradeKart is an amazing company With same day delivery so no need to waste you time at your wholesalers. I would recommend it to any one!

I'll give you the fifth star if a delivery driver manages to follow my perfectly good instructions and actually finds our house. Feels pretty poor that we're in 2025 with all the geolocation tools at our disposal, and I've just walked 5 minutes down the road to find a confused delivery driver who hadn't even received the instructions. Even if he had, his English was at the level of "House where", so some kind of location tool is a MUST. Again, I appreciate it's down to the Uber/Deliveroo etc. people to solve that problem, but I still think it's bonkers that delivery drivers are wasting their time like this. It's pretty disrespectful to the poor chap I just met that he's presumably not paid much yet his employer doesn't respect him enough to give him the tools to do his job.
Edit 1: I wrote a slightly grumpy review, but then spoke to TradeKart and realised it's not really their problem - it's a much wider problem with the delivery companies.
I've changed to 4 stars because it's a brilliant service if they can get it working properly, but my original review follows for reference: If I'm waiting for food then I'm looking out for phone calls/deliveries, but if I'm working on site then I can easily miss phone calls, and your delivery agents do NOT know where they're going. Postcodes are not precise enough.
Uber Eats do NOT receive courier instructions - I just had a delivery that failed because of that. Deliveroo drivers DO get the instructions, but around here at least, none of the drivers know English well enough to bother checking them - so they ignore my (accurate!) instructions, go to the wrong place, then start phoning.
I'm afraid that unless you do something sensible like implement What3Words, and force the couriers to use it, then you're going to find people lose interest.
I assume it's because the apps originate in the US, where house names are an oddity, but it's going to be the downfall of things like TradeKart, where many of your customers will either have house names or live hundreds of meters from the centre of their postcode area.
