Regarding the missing items, we are sorry to hear your delivery had missing items. The team escalated this issue with the store when it was brought to our attention. We have a dedicated team in charge of working with our merchants to improve their stock accuracy and their pick and pack processes, so we are aware and actively working with stores to rectify these issues going forward.

Items did not arrive, support useless. Avoid.
Items did not arrive. TradeKart have no idea what has happened. The items were either delivered, delivery was refused, or the driver was told there was no order; they can't get their story straight. Whichever they are going with it wasted my time. Absolute shambles of a company. Easier to go to Toolstation direct. Tried it as I had a discount code. would not use or recommend

Order update timings need looking at and delivery driver had a little difficulty finding a straight forward address.
On the plus side, got my order in 45 mins.

Fast, easy, hassle-free!
The app was clear to use, I was able to purchase the DIY products that I needed at a great price. The delivery happened well within the timeframe and was rapid! The delivery person was polite and helpful and resulted in an excellent experience.
I'd recommend the app to anyone who wants to save time and effort by having the DIY materials delivered to them. Great job! 👏👏

WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!
So I thought I would give TradeKart a second chance!
WHAT A BIG MISTAKE !!
My previous order from TradeKart which was about 2 months ago didn’t turn up!
Received a couple of messages saying “No one at the property so unable to deliver”
But the property has 24hr CCTV.
So I can confirm that no attempt was made to deliver…
So here we are two months later, (October) now and I thought I would try again with the discount code offer at £30 off….
I had a phone call the following morning after placing the order to say that they are having trouble getting a Uber driving so the delivery maybe delayed! 👀
Then about an hour later, a driver called asking me for my address and directions.
He then sent a text message.
So I sent him my address via a message including a full description of how to get there.
Guess what:
Didn’t turn up!
Late afternoon I got a phone call saying..
The items that you’ve ordered are now back at the wholesaler.
“if your able to collect” was the message!!
So in my opinion…
Do not use them!!!!

We have looked into your case further, and it looks like both times the couriers had a hard time locating your address as the GPS on your postcode did not show an accurate location.
We have raised this with the delivery partner who handled those deliveries, and we are actively working with them to improve the tools used to geolocate locations.

Rip-Off Scam Company
Rip-Off Scam Company – Avoid!
Beware! When you add items to your cart, the totals shown are excluding VAT and including VAT. However, on the next page they sneakily add VAT again! For example, if an item shows as £80 in the cart (including VAT), the final checkout page should only add the £5 delivery fee. Instead, they pile on extra charges, making the price much higher. This is misleading, dishonest, and feels like a deliberate scam. I will never purchase from them again after discovering this trick.

I can see you reached out to our team for clarification at checkout, and they explained the pricing breakdown, which includes a standard VAT for the basket and the delivery.
After reviewing your interaction with the team and the proof provided, we discovered that one of the items in your basket was temporarily showing an incorrect price when selected. This price should have matched the merchant's listed price from the start, but it was only automatically corrected at checkout, which caused the totals to appear inconsistent.
Unfortunately, this was a temporary error that the team were not able to replicate when answering your query, which meant our initial response was not completely accurate. We are extremely sorry for the confusion caused during your experience - the issue was fixed immediately, and we have taken steps to prevent it from happening again.

Fantastic App and service,was given choice of all local stores that had stock ,very easy to navigate the site and pick items have now used a few times and can honestly say it’s an absolute time saver for our business
Delivery is quick and kept fully up to date with how the driver was progressing,it’s a no brainer spend the £5 and put a huge smile on your face 😊will be using again and again

Refund issues
This is a Five star delivery services I made over 20 orders with them but they need to improve there refund service.
If you do not refund people money they will never use you again.
Tradekart never refund the money and we have to chase them up for refunds after months

Genuinely a great service
I'd never used TradeKart, but had heard about it. On a job that needed finishing the same day and no real time to go out for supplies. I tried TradeKart and it was excellent. Same price as in store and all with me in about 30 mins. I will definitely use again, beyond helpful.

As others have said, seem to sell email address as junk emails have increased 4 fold since downloading Tradekart app.

I am not complaining about tracking updates.
I am fed up with adverts saying effectively, buy stuff or buy stuff for the week ahead etc.
I have used the chat facility twice to ask for these to stop, and phoned as well, but the advert messages keep coming.
It is disappointing as the service otherwise is good.

Dont nomally leave reviews but so far i have completed two orders - and the pricing with the delivery cost has surprisingly been good. I thought the prices of good might be effected but i was wrong on both occasions. The delivery was super quick too. So its a thumbs up from me

Amazing choice of products and after placing my order on the TradeKart app, a very friendly delivery driver knocked on my door 17minutes later with my tin of Dulux paint! I’m a DIYer and will be using this service a lot more to save me all those painful trips to store.

Fast delivery, love the app
Love the app, easy to use and the delivery is making my life so much easier. I’ve used 3 times now and each delivery has been within half hour.

I have to say I was very impressed with tradekart. I used them for thd first time and the speed of delivery was impressive. I had not long put the order in and before I knew it, the delivery was at the property. Very handy if you need stuff delivered fast. Would recommend.
