All my questions were answered and my problem got solved very quick.

Been using TradeSyncer for a bit now and really like it. It’s simple, clear, and makes tracking my trades a lot easier. Everything just works without any hassle. Definitely a solid tool if you want to stay organized.

I honestly I really liked Tradesyncer at first. It was really easy to navigate and super easy to trade all accounts.

The issues started when the accounts would often get disconnected and I would only trade to the leader account. The biggest issue that I had though which is making me write this review in the first place is that my stop loss did not transfer over to my accounts following my leader, which caused my fundeds to go through my break even and shoot down to my trailing draw down.

I lost 3 fundeds because of trade syncer.

Had an issue with a charge after I stopped using the platform, but the support team took the time to review my case and escalated it. They ended up approving a refund, which I really appreciated.

Good customer service and fair handling of the situation.

Great execution! I’m super happy with using tradesyncer after having issues previously with tradovate group trading now everything is running smoothly with Tradesyncer and I don’t have to worry about running positions not being closed on time simply by using the Flatten All button.

im really grateful with the tradesyncer team and Kalle, they helped me with a paying problem, they refund me the same day and i could restart the proces normally. I really like this replicator its very easy to use and the support is really helpful and patient

10 days with tradesyncer and yeah it's working and the customer service is fast .. will do an update in 3 months

Overall TradeSyncer is working great for me. I have had the issue of my accounts disconnecting and once I couldn't connect my accounts again. Luckily, the support (Enny) was fast to help me get back on track, but it did cause me to miss out on one trading day.
