Excellent customer service! Alisha was very helpful. Also, I really like the software, I wish I had known about it sooner.

I've been using tradesyncer for awhile now, hands down, worth the small monthly fee, not only does it copy trade but the journaling and calendar are included so no need to be spending money else where when you get everything you need in house. I had an issue today with the syncing of my accounts and Alisha with customer service guided me through the simple steps to fix the issue in a timely manner. I will continue to use this company, zero issues.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Tradesyncer over the past two weeks. The platform has been consistently unreliable in ways that directly impacted my trading results.

I’ve encountered multiple serious issues, including:
- Leaders copying duplicate orders to followers, which caused accounts to blow
- Frequent disconnections without any warning, despite verifying every morning that all connections were stable before the trading session
- Orders not being copied to followers at all, leading to completely mismatched positions

These are not minor glitches — they fundamentally break the purpose of a trade copier.

What’s even more disappointing is the support. Every time I reached out, I was asked to provide order logs, but no real solutions, explanations, or preventative steps were ever offered. It feels like they’re collecting data without actually addressing the underlying problems.

When you’re dealing with live capital, reliability is everything — and unfortunately, Tradesyncer has not delivered. I cannot recommend this platform based on my recent experience.

Excellent dashboard, low latency between accounts, and fast customer service. My only complain is that I wish exporting data was easier. Aside from that, I'd recommend Tradesyncer to anyone!

Tradesyncer provides an amazing service. It is quick to set up, and I have not had any issues with the service so far. Very fair pricing models as well. Highly recommend if you're looking to scale your trading career.

Amazing service

great product, great company, makes things very easy to scale and trade... BUT, you must go slow and learn the platform all the way.... do not start with a huge copy, scale into it.
Not bc they cant handle, but bc mistakes on your side could cost alot if you dont know the platform.
