SCAMMERS. Ordered a bumper on next day delivery. Still not received the item to this day. Ignored my contact to them regarding order status and refund. From reviews I've seen happened multiple times. Very poor company and service. AVOID

I ordered a replacement door mirror for my Ford Focus and have to say the quality of the product was amazing. It fitted the car perfectly with no problem. It was also thoughtfully sent with the back cover panel unfitted making the painting much easier thus eliminating the chore of masking the rest of the mirror. I would also mention that it cost less than a third of the manufacturers RRP. Well done!!

Great itrm and came on time will be useing this company again

Imagine this! After checking my reg plates, this seller send me a cambelt and a pump for £162, waiting 3 days- only belt arrives! I told them this they say: '' no worries! we will refund you'' . I had to go else where to buy a pump. I have book a garage, took a day off for that day. On a booked day I brought a car to a garage, a mechanic put my car apart to change the cambelt, AND GUESS WHAT :) THE.... BELT IS NOT A RIGHT ONE!! I am furious, lost money as garage wanted to be paid for this wasted time, took a day off etc! I called this place, told them what has just happened, and guess what...XD lady on the other site say: ''no worries, no worries, send the belt back and we will refund you! '' I said: why the ... you took my reg plates for before you dispatche my order? she said: '' you know, we don't even know what is sent to customers, as someone else is sending parts'' ...shocking! Avoid if you can, go elsewhere.

I have been using this company recently and I have to say the service is 1st class, customers service is brilliant and the delivery is quick! Will be using this company from now on and will recommend to family & Friends.

I have used TVP a few times and never failed. Great service and very friendly staff.
I would not fault.

My item arrived well before time. In fact it only took a few days from placing order to item being delivered.It was well packaged and exactly as described the site was easy to use and well set out.
On this occasion i had no reason to talk to customer service or to return an item but im sure it would be hassle free.

If i need any more parts this will be my first place to look

I ordered and payed for a bumper which they marked it as shipped 2 days later. I waited a week still no bumper so asked them to provide a tracking number to which I was told they recalled the bumper as it won’t fit my vehicle given the reg I provided.
Well I didn’t provide them with a reg to begin with and they failed to contact me to inform me they had canceled it.
I confirmed the item will fit but they refused to send it.
Ultimately I had the customers car around a month trying to sort this out I lost money on the bumper and had to reduce the price for the customer.
Awful company AVOID!

Delivery was so quick as it came the next day. However I brought a spolier for my fiesta and it came with wires to wire in the brake light however had no holes for the wires to go through? So had to drill holes into the spolier for it to actually work. Also there is no hole to fit the washer fluid through so had to drill a hole for that as well. Very annoying I didn't want to modify my modification. However it is now on after lots of work and looks very good but if I knew I had to drill several holes I wouldn't of brought it.

Easy to use website good range of parts great prices

Got a two hour window to wait for the parts, didn’t arrive, was then told it would be tomorrow given another 2 hour window. Didn’t arrive. Then was given conflicting information about it arriving in the next few days. Spent two days stuck at at home with no parts and have to reschedule the garage appointment.

Ordered landrover discovery 4 side steps. Garage was not happy as it took him till 10pm to fit them as things didn't line up properly and didn't properly fit my car

Good company parts at a great price delivery in 2 days, and I would be happy to use them again.

Part was here next working day, much cheaper than a genuine VW part, fitted perfect, thanks guys

Bought some mintex pads for my mini,they were the cheapest I could find online including free delivery which only took 2 days.item arrived well packed couldn’t be happier with Trade Vehicle Parts,would definitely recommend them.

No instructions in package , they dont provide any fitting instructions , they agreed to collect and refund and have not done so , now ignoring my calls and messages . Avoid this company , they are not good to deal with once they have your money

Easy site to use and vehicle check helped ensure the right item bought(thirds attempt using other suppliers) price was pretty competitive as well and option of next day which I hope it will be...

Don’t waste your time buy somewhere else, been trying to buy a headlight bracket for 2 days now and they basically refused to sell it to me because for unknown reason they seem to think it’s not going to fit my vehicle.
Funny thing is I never supplied them with any details of my vehicle. Awful company to deal with

Amazing, they have everything I could ever need and should I be looking for any more parts this will be the first place I look. Also, shipping was free and is only going to take a couple days, would definitely recommend.
