We are in the enviable position to employ our own great team of technicians. They are all fully trained with years of experience behind them.
None of our work is sub contracted out to any 3rd party companies.
We have full programming and diagnostics equipment in order to provide the safest and effective towing solutions.
We carry out mobile installations in the Midlands, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire.
We also have a fitting centre in Coventry, conveniently located on the A45, if you prefer to bring the vehicle to us.

Really impressed with this company
Really impressed with this company, we needed a towbar fitted urgently after being let down by a large national company, they had no problem accommodating us and were competitively priced too (no hiked prices to make up for short lead time like some others). The fitter was polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish Tim was extremely professional and helpful on the phone while providing my quotation even after passing my vigorous security checks :) then 4days later the engineer arrived at my home again a very well mannered and knowledgeable guy had my car apart and back together again in a couple of hours with a shiny new towbar while I kept him hydrated thank you for an awesome service I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I change the car

Superb service tow bar fitting
Superb service at a competitive price. If you want a tow bar professionally fitted, use this business. Very happy with my detachable tow bar with OEM electrics. Fitting engineer was professional and did a great job. Many thanks Trailertrek!.

Rude and unprofessional
I am afraid I cannot recommend this company after enquiring for a quote, asking them to tell me what the cheapest option was to start then I would be happy to discuss if it was in my price range to be told ‘no I don’t think I will bother’ and be hung up on. Rude and unprofessional.
I would love to hear this recording, as I did not shout want and I actually said ‘see if I need to bother you with a load of questions’
Having worked in customer service for years I would not have a go at someone thank you - however I did not want to listen to a half hour spiel on it when I was very busy. I emailed for a quote expecting an email back - not to be called when working.

Thank you for your feedback. All feedback when honest and accurate is valued. However, as you have blatantly lied we will put our reply.
You emailed for a quotation. You asked for a quote for a fixed and detachable tow bar.
We rang you within minutes. We began to explain that if you had reversing sensors that a detachable tow bar may be best. You than began your rant of rudeness. All our calls are recorded andwe will keep the recording. Your words were " Give me the cheapest quote, then i will listen if i can be bothered with you!" We do not tolerate staff being shouted at or in anyway disrespected. We replied"On this occasion we decline quoting" We did this as you were a really rude person.
We can attach the recording or if you wish to listen to how rude you were and then reflect on this we would welcome the opportunity for you to listen.

I was a bit of a novice and they explained everything clearly.
The fitter arrived on time and was excellent, polite and professional.
I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

Amazing Service!!
The level of service I received from this company far exceeded that of their competitors - I know, I've spoken with them all recently, all telling me what they can't do. It is a rare thing nowadays to deal with a company who are very polite, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. This is a business I will definitely be using from now on for all things tow bar related.

Well who knew what a minefield it was to fit a towbar!! So many different things to consider!
These guys were fantastic from start to finish, some excellent advice from Micaila on the phone. The price was fantastic and the service quick and very efficient - Absolutely recommended them in a heartbeat.
It’s very quick to leave comments on negative reviews but I was so impressed I wanted to leave a review.
