Trainers Factory Avaliações

Still no sign of the order, after several weeks. I don’t recommend!!

Paid £175 for a pair of fake trainers that feel fake and actually look different from the shop!! Tried several times to request a refund with no luck…dealing with customer service over text message. The website states you can have a refund if you are unsatisfied but it seems that’s also a lie! Do not order from these..lesson learnt check website reviews before ordering!!

Reasonable price ..it could be cheaper as it takes a bit long for delivery however the customer service experience we received from Jeff Oliver was super🌟 and will recommend!

Save your money and avoid this site unless you wana pay retail for fakes that take over 2 weeks to arrive absolute scam!

Ordered my daughter her birthday shoes! And they came through!

Now I've shopped with trainers factory a few times I am very happy with the experience.

This Jordan 4 black cat is amazing I received the original item the delivery was perfectly

Trainers arrived quickly and are top quality

Brilliant company good service I had ordered trainers with someone else but thay let me down so back on innet I found this company the trainers was a present for my nephew 18th birthday he is so happy with them if I see something ilike I will be buying for them again but there is one thing that let's it down thay don't let you no by email when you get them but I suppose that just a little thing

Hi , have to say have been very impressed with your customer service . I was sceptical that the trainers would not arrive in time!! But they did and my Granddaughter was given them today and she was over the moon and so were we. So thank you again for excellent service , and the updates and quarantines you have us .

stay away from this company.all the trainers are copy’s,this is the biggest scam going.

i have had people texting me trying to blackmail me with my refund.got told to change me review on this website or i won’t get my money back.

You will give your hard earned money in return for fake goods (thats if they arrive) then good luck dealing with customer service or even managing to get a refund. If you do manage to get a refund then please tell me how you do it too? The returns link on the website Doesn’t even work so if you wanted to get a refund/exhange forget about it.

Do not use this website I was one of the lucky ones to get my money back after a long wait am realising my trainers weren’t coming. Save yourselves the headache

I brought a pair of Jordan’s for my Grandson’s15th birthday, they were 5 days late and he thought I’d been scammed :-) they turned up like I said they would and when he unwrap them all he could say was WOW and is already looking for a pair for Christmas so we will definitely be shopping here again.

takes a while but still worth the wait just wished it would come faster

Good shop to by sneakers with good quality and good prices. Fast delivery

I ordered Air Jordan 1 trainers for my son. He’s not seen them yet because they’re a birthday gift but he is going to love them. Packaged really well. Arrived quickly with tracked delivery. I would order from Trainers Factory again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Military Black'
They were excellent quality and arrived after around 2 weeks, although I understand there were some shipping issues. When I contacted customer service the response was fast. Would buy again.

The order can fast and was exactly wanted and they are in perfect condition
