Hi, this is by far the nicest helmet I've owned. Beautiful detailing...very high quality. That being said, that is not why I made the purchase. The MIPS technology is what sold me. The helmet comes with an extra removable liner which is nice. I love the strap system. Very secure and easy to adjust.

I bought this helmet after a bad fall because I wanted the best protection for my head. This is a beautifully made high-quality helmet, extremely comfortable, great secure fit, and has provided me with the confidence that I have the best protection I can get. Worth every penny.

I had a fall wearing my trauma void helmet that resulted in 12 broken ribs, 4 cracked vertebrae, a broken c7, a ruptured spleen and a small hemopneumothorax. I had no head injury! The Trauma team at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center said they always expect a head injury when someone is life-flighted in. Thank-you trauma void!

Love the fit, overall shape, harness connection, and the little bit of blinged cord on the model I purchased. Competitivly priced. The only thing I would suggest is enlarging the storage bag that came with it and making it from more sturdy material. After only 2 uses it started coming apart and fraying at the seams while trying to (gently) get the helmet into the bag.

I love my traumavoid a lot! It fits me perfectly and I love how comfortable it is the second I put it on the go ride. The helmet is super classy looking and I’m looking forward to showing in it on the hunter/jumper circuit this year and years to come.

I have been trail riding for several years. Have always been a fearful rider. Always wore a helmet. Five years ago my son ended up with a Trumatic brain injury, that was work related(steel erection welder). Ever since then my confidence that I did have when riding went down the drain. I have become very hyper vigilant in safety since then. Sometimes to much. So when I saw your new helmets with the MIPS i was all in. My son has the lasted technology in helmets in the motorcycle world and he has sent me stuff about your technology. Thank you for starting to change the equestrian world. It does help knowing that I do have more advanced technology on my head. Please continue to improve the equestrian Helmets.

PS My son had a 10% chance of living, and if he did live they didn’t know what his life would be like. He is our miracle. Not only is he alive but physically Back to what he was doing prior to the accident. His challenges are in the mental part PTSD short term memory...... But doing well, holding a job. We are greatfull and blessed. He was 20 when this happened.

After some research to find the safest helmet, I purchased the Trauma Void helmet. After owning helmets costing 3 times as much as the Trauma Void i would never consider another helmet again. This helmet is super comfortable, light weight, and great looking. Thank you for making such a wonderful product with the ultimate in safety.

Love the safety, but hard to fit helmet to my head. had to have 2 separate fittings at Dover Saddlery to hopefully get it to fit right.

Before that it was sliding at faster gaits.

I really like the look and fit of the helmet on my head, but I've found that I cannot adjust the harness so that it sits more squarely under my chin. I feel like it is too far forward and should I have a fall or even a close call, I have to rely on the snugness of the helmet on my head to keep it on, since the chin strap will slide forward and potentially off my chin. In 40 years of riding, I've never had this issue so I don't think it's me :) I've adjusted the chinstrap as tight as it can go, but again, it's just a bit too forward of center and sort of negates the extra sense of safety I was hoping for with the new technology that this particular helmet purports to have. Not sure if I would buy again for this reason only.

I bought my husband a Trauma Void helmet - he trains racehorses and is hands on. He gallops them also. I bought it after reading the tech specs about the MIPS. In February 2019 we had a freak accident on track - basically a forward rotational fall driving him into the ground - horse ended up dead on top of him. Doctor at the emergency room said the helmet saved his life. No brain bleed or fractures but severely concussed. Thank you Trauma Void for being such a superb helmet!!!

I bought the smallest size available for my daughter. It fits her head, but unfortunately the straps are very awkward and come much too far forward on her face. I think the children's sizes need to be reworked to fit their different face/head structures. It's not just a smaller head circumference, but a whole different fit for the harness that is needed.

Also, the sparkly bands the microfiber version were not obvious in the pictures or description. My daughter is thrilled, but I would not have purchased the product had I known it had sparkles. We foxhunt and those are not appropriate in the field.

I love my new trauma void helmet! It looks great and is extremely comfortable. And I love the idea of the new level of protection. A+!

Great helmet, great customer service. From a Charles Owen junkie, I have to say this hat fits way better.
