I had my booking go through and payment collected as seen from my credit card debit. However the site seemed to go into a freeze with a wierd box giving me a Booking refernec number and a Box asking me to fill up my details all over again for them to call me back>
No confirmation window or email
The frozen window says I should het my email in 15 minutes.. and nothing arrived
I call back and the guy says he is checking and will call me back.. Unprofessional and Worrying
Finally I had a guy haggling me to pay another top up amount, which I refused. Fellow tried nonsense techniques ..which I told him to stuff it...Finally left hanging with credit charge and a 5 day reversal waiting period for nothing..
Wasted space and time in this era on ebusiness...

This company is unprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to rebooking my cancelled flight with British Airways. It is beyond difficult to communicate with them.

I had a terrible experience with TRAVEASY. I booked a flight and the money was immediately deducted from my account but the company claimed they couldn’t locate the payment in their system & they failed to issue the ticket. I had to call them multiple times just to get them to acknowledge they actually had my money. Even after they finally found the payment, they refused to issue my ticket, claiming the fare had increased in the meantime. Total lack of transparency and zero satisfactory results after hours of follow-up. If you cannot honor the price shown at checkout, do not take the customer's money. will not be using this service again. Save yourself the stress.

Helpful staff

Rohit was very professional in helping me book my tickets, comparing best prices so I could make the most informed decision. I usually book through the airlines website, so this was quite new to me however once I got used to it and had built up a trust with Rohit, was very good.

The website however was a little slow at times and payment by card took a long time to load, however that isn’t Rohit’s fault, more one for the IT team at Traveasy. If Rohit hadn’t of called me, I would have booked elsewhere, so good on him.

It was excellent deal with Rohit. He was extremely helpful. The entire proces was very easy,

Traveasy made my trip a breeze! Booking was quick, the itinerary was spot-on, and support replied instantly when I had a question. Highly recommend for stress-free travel.

Ease of booking and timely assistance

Let's be honest
I would not say they are awesome, but I will surely say they are great. During middle east war I was struggling to find out Air tickets and some of my previously purchased tickets cancel almost last moment.
Traveasy.
I was looking for tickets so many platforms and that time I found only 1 tickets available in Traveasy which is on reasonable price compare to other platforms. I was worry by thinking if they will cancel the flight or not 🚫. But they flight ✈️ fly to destination as planned. I am grateful to TRAVEASY for providing me a ticket in reasonable price compare to other platforms as other platforms price."It was almost £90 different".
For others £90 may not be nothing but for me it's a huge difference.

Why they are great not awesome.
They helped me to get a ticket my budget range compare to other platforms which helps me a lot so they did great.
Another good part was during purchased my weight limits was 1×23kg. 1×8kg. But once I receive my ticket I was they offer me 2×23kg and 1×8kg.
Though I didn't had so much stuff I took only 1 bag with 16kg stuff. If someone need to carry lots of stuff they might consider to poke here first.
"I am not sure it was someone else previous purchase tickets which later cancel ❌ or not; and I received it in good price with extra baggage 🛄- this I left for reader deep thoughts and Traveasy my consider to reply on it, but if it's like that then I can recommend all my friends who do business in turkey, Saudi and London to use this website to get extra laguage".

They are not awesome because there service a bit slow.
My flight transaction take long time like over 30hrs in that time I was worry actually I am going to get that ticket 🎟️ or not. If not then it would creat horrible situation for me. So long time you need to wait for finals confirmed to know you have the tickets or not!
2. Indeed I had to called them to find out what is going on but they failed to provide me the sure confirmed I would get tickets or not 🚫
3. They have limited collection of tickets.

AW: I would appreciate if you increase your ticket collection more and more.
Keep maintain the price range as it now. You may sell lots of tickets by providing low price tickets.

I struggled to get our passport details in to the site. The chat was responsive enough. On being asked to do enter details on the BA site, I found that our flight had been cancelled & we had been booked on another! Dropped a star because an email about this would have been nice! However, another day, another chat...Juli has accepted the new flights, & we're all good to go.

MR PRINCE SINGH. TRUE TO HIS NAME THIS GUY IS PRINCE OF THE SKIES. My flight was changed to be an hour late which meant I couldn’t make my onward travel. Most agencies you’d be on your own and I expected nothing else with this one as I initially did have some teething issues with the company and late ticketing. BUT NOT WITH PRINCE. Changed my whole flight to an earlier one AND a closer airport to prevent me missing my onward travel. I give him all the praise in the world. I hope he knows his actions will not go under the radar. LEGEND.

Please update immediately ticket once we paid and proceed done because when I pay there is nothing notification came about my payment and about my ticket ,I confused whether my payment done to u or it goes somewhere else so so please send notification that ur payment done and we are processing ur ticket and second thing is that once I pay ticket amount and later u guys telling price increased u need to extra amount this should not be done
