Communication was fine, but ultimately the order was cancelled because they were advertising something that was not in stock, so my time was wasted and I lost a few days.
That said, they refunded me within a few days, and were polite in their comms.

Bought this T 5.1 Transporter Light Bar DRL Kit 2010 - 2015 New Design Best Quality in Jan 25. Had them professionally fitted May 25. The N/S led has gone out. Had them checked via auto electrician, bulbs failed. They are supposed to last several years. Sent 2 x emails asking for replacement, can't be bothered with a reply. Now have to try source the same, but no one seems to stock the led bulbs only. I would not recommend this company, as to expensive for cheap rubbish.

Rang 4 or 5 times to find out where my bumper is and I've had no communication back and I have no idea where is it still

A great range of items and accessories. A minor error with one part of my order but the team were very helpful and it was quickly and promptly resolved. Highly recommended. Will be buying more from them in the future

Had an issue with damage on delivery and the team rectified the problem so quickly and with little fuss. Ordered many items over the years and will continue to do so knowing that their customer service is top notch.

The items I bought for my caddy are really good quality and fit perfectly

Unfortunately I couldn’t get all the parts I wanted (TDI with a red I) so I had to go to alternative suppliers

First couple of orders were ok. Parts were fine but shipping a bit slow. So thought I'd risk it again... ordered some parts, 3 days later get a message from DPD saying something has gone wrong... no idea if or when my parts are coming now. No info other than that.

Extremely frustrating indeed. Lost faith in this company now. Funny how some companies seem to have the shipping thing nailed. You order before 5 and tend to get it next day, and others don't even get it in the post for 2 days. Think I'll avoid from now on. Plenty of competition!

Ordered door card clips for T5 only to be told days later that I wouldn’t be getting them. I did eventually get a refund.
Ordered a tweeter upgrade kit for T5. Got no acknowledgement that they had been dispatched and customer care not in the slightest bit interested when after a week they hadn’t arrived. Still waiting for them which is really poor considering I paid £7 for postage. I won’t be using them again.

Ordered wheel hubs with bearings.
Also previously ordered n/s driveshaft and some time before that, probably a year ago, top mounts, drop links and ball joints.
All now recently fitted.
Happy with cost, delivery and fitment.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from Travelinlite again.

Product was correct, price was spot on and the delivery was super quick.

Where do I start…

I ordered a set of headlights and, to be fair, part of the order did arrive the next day. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems began. I contacted Travelin Lite and initially things seemed positive, they said they would look into it and later confirmed that part of the order had indeed been lost by DPD. I was told a replacement would be sent once stock was available.

I completed a DPD investigation form, confirming I hadn’t received the missing items, and even provided CCTV footage clearly showing only part of the delivery arrived.

However, after that, everything stalled. Over the next two months I repeatedly chased for updates but got nowhere. Despite stock showing available, no replacement was ever allocated or sent.

I made sure to keep all communication via email to maintain a paper trail, something I’d strongly recommend, as phone contact is unreliable. Calls often go unanswered, and even when you do get through, there’s little to no follow up.

There were plenty of promises, but nothing was actually delivered.

In the end, I had to raise a PayPal claim. Even then, there was no response from the company to either myself or PayPal, and the case was eventually resolved in my favour with a full refund.

Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I’d want to repeat.

Everything was amazing and fitted well even the customer service is excellent only downside was waiting for product to be delivered but that was down to the courier and not traveline lite I would recommend to anyone for there VW parts

Ordered some speakers on a Saturday which were in stock. Was told by couple different people would have them by end of week. Now over week later and still not received. Admittedly was bank holiday weekend but shouldn’t be fobbed off with lies about when I’d receive. Have bought things from company in past with no issues but honestly going down hill. Nowhere near as good as they used to be.
