Parts ordered were good, but didn't come with an instructions as per the advert, disappointing.

Delivered fast. Looks to be of decent quality and I managed to get the mirrors functioning on the dining room table using a DC power supply and a T5 wiring diagram. Will make a great upgrade on my T5 camper.

Missing parts from order. No response to email or DM's to check where they are. No fitting instructions and parts do not fit as advertised. Spent over £500 and very disappointed. Will stick with VDUBZ in future. Additionally 25% more expensive than competitors.

I bought a 2nd hand T5-T5.1 facelift kit from someone who got one from travelinlite a long time ago and he'd never fit it, it lived in the boxes the parts arrived in. The product is fantastic, really enjoying fitting it.

I've had to get some extra bits and bobs related to other things that the previous owner of my van did and I have had to update or fix. The chap at travelinlite (Dan) has been fantastic with responses to my emails. I accidently ordered something i didn't need and Dan cancelled it before sending and refunded the money immediately.

Just had a really great experience and had to write a review because the quality of the products and the customer service has been really great.
