Nice product but was advertised as xs but it was far too big a collar for my yorkie ☹️

Backpack arrived slightly later than the emails stated. Product quality very average and quite flimsy, puppy looked uncomfortable and struggled to get her in it. Unfortunately the return policy is really faffy ....it will cost me the return postage and also they will deduct the initial postage.....really wish I hadnt bothered.

Great quality and excellent customer service, I ordered the wrong size and had immediate responses when I got in touch to arrange an exchange. I'll definitely order again.

I’ve waited a few days before writing this as I’ve never actually written a bad review. Firstly, the product was quite good, it was the service that was poor. We tried for days to contact them by phone and left 2 messages and sent an email - took 3 days for them to respond and I should have realised then that I probably should have gone somewhere else. I wanted to ask about sizing and discuss my dog’s needs; I gave the exact sizes and the small was recommended. It arrived quickly but was not even close to being big enough. Again, I tried countless times to phone them and they NEVER answer (try it yourself). I emailed too and eventually I did get a call back. I had to order and pay for a new medium to be sent out and return the small for a refund, which was fine. What wasn’t fine was that I’d had a 5% discount which they refused to apply to the replacement because “I’d already used it on the small” which they’d recommended and I had to return because it wasn’t big enough. It cost me £8+ to return it and then they deducted 10% for ‘cleaning’ it because there were dog hairs on it - she sent a photo and while I accept there were a few dog hairs on it that I hadn’t noticed, it would have taken about 30 seconds to have ‘cleaned’ it. All in all it cost £24 to just try the small (which they recommended). The communication was really bad except when they were wanting money for cleaning. The product, however was quite good and after a few attempts and some encouragement, my dog will settle in it for 20 minutes at a time and we are hoping that this will increase until we can go out for longer walks in the future.

Excellent - I bought the Knavigate K9 sports sack. It came really quickly, and has been a really good bag. I have a cocker spaniel, who can be quite squirmy. But I was able to get her in the bag with a ready supply of treats. It has been great for going on trains. It’s also a really good bag, so I’ve even used it without my dog.

Very good company to deal with. Had to send my item back as wrong size, this was dealt with very quickly.

The package arrived very quickly with a lovely hand written note which was a special touch in my eyes.
This is one of the only companies I have seen that have the Ezydog bubble gum harness and dog leads instead of just plain colours. I have a beagle and have bought the Ezydog range before but the bubble gum looks fantastic. As my beagle tends to pull I have to replace the leads at least every six months so I will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend.

Items arrived all as described and in excellent condition.

I was so excited to receive this and it really did live up to my expectations. I couldn't resist testing it out with my 5 month old miniature dachshund, she warmed to it straight away and keeps her well secure when going on hikes. The handwritten message that came with it added a nice personal touch, all in all I'm really happy and will definitely buy from here again!

My dog loves his bag! It is strong, safe, straighforward to use and he looks very comfortable and content with it. He is getting old and blind, so this will make a big difference to his life <3 The service was great also - nice personal touch from the team with delivery.

I bought 2 of their dog fleeces but had to change them for the biggest size. They responded quickly to the return and I had the replacements within a week. The fleeces are good quality and will hopefully be good for a few years of cold weather wear.
