I usually book my tickets from known portals. This time when I need to travel for my business. One of my friend gave me a contact No. When I dialed, I was not sure weather to call or not, however I called and to my surprise, When I spoke to the girl named "Pooja". She was quite confident and listened to me patiently and in revert she said;" Sir, Don't worry I make sure you won't get bothered much. She took the required details and within half an hour She called me back and to my surprise She was ready with the information I needed, moreover when she gave me my tickets pricing my jaws almost dropped because I have been paying more what I got with this company and the girl,"Pooja" gave me. That was really appreciated. I don't like to write emails or put comments; however this time is different. Way to go... This is best Company I dealt with and Just one word to your employee "Pooja". Hope you could hire more people like her. Her skills, how to deal with customers are excellent.
