I sent them my motor control board. Before I sent it, it was showing two red LEDs and the console lit up and counted down but the board would not make the motor turn. The motor had been tested and worked perfectly as had all the wiring. Several components on the board had overheated and showed obvious scorch marks and signs of melting. They tested it then sent it back saying it was working perfectly. I refitted it to find it was now completely dead. No LEDs and now not making the console work. I emailed, called and sent texts for a week to ask for help. They finally answered after I said I would take legal action if they did not respond. I now need a new board. I asked for a refund. They became aggressive and accused me of threatening behaviour by saying I would be taking them to court. They are refusing a refund. Their initial response made it clear that they had not read any of the information I had been sending them, nor looked at the detailed letter I originally included with the board. Totally unprofessional. Incompetent. No customer service. Steer clear

Glad I didn't look at the earlier reviews until after I used this website. I sent my NordicTrack x7i control board off. Wasn't even sure it was that board that was the problem. £89 and a week later I had the board returned. I kept my fingers crossed while fitting it back in and the treadmill worked perfectly. Very happy with the service

The main board on my Reebok ZR9 treadmill was faulty. I sent it to Tim and he repaired and returned it within days

Glad I didn’t read the reviews first but Tim was amazing for me.

Sent him my control unit as treadmill had died. He diagnosed the fault, fixed it and posted it back with two days.

I refitted it and the treadmill is back in full working order for less than £100.

Would 100% recommend!!

This guy wrecked my treadmill. He was just supposed to replace the treadmill motor, but messed up with the treadmill belt, which was very tight and getting stuck. I called for advice several times within 2 days of him doing the repair work, which he couldnt bother to answer. The one time he answered, he was extremely rude and said that it was not his problem, even though he knew very well that he was the one who messed up. Two days later, the motor got stuck again and even during very gentle test run that I was doing, it stopped and started and made me trip, and then the whole treadmill belt snapped in half. Absolutely stressful and shameful situation. I do not know whether it is worth getting it repaired by someone else as the cost might be close to buying a new one. This fraudster should not be allowed to do business. I am reporting it to the ombudsman.

This guy is a total fraud. He initially said that the motor control board was faulty- paid for the so called repair and the postage, only to find out that the board was not faulty after all and it was the motor. Now I have got the motor replaced from another repairer and it works fine. The new repairer has had a look at the board and have said categorically that there was no fault with it and that there was no evidence of it being repaired, which is true as I could not see any difference between the before and after photographs that I had taken. There has been no response to the emails and the phone calls made since then- almost barked at the one call that he answered and hung up immediately. No chance of recovering the 60 quid paid for his repair servce. A total fraud. Please stay away from this guy.
