Outstanding customer service
I have never left a Trustpilot review before but I'm so genuinely impressed with the support I received today that I felt compelled to create an account and leave a review.
Had a mishap with my STAIR/A stair jig at the weekend which damaged the slider of the router sub-base. I checked the website for spares but only the sub-base was listed, not the slider. Used the online chat and chatted with Darren who informed me that the slider had been discontinued.
However, Darren asked for my email address and said he'd check whether they had any spares from returns and get back to me. Within an hour I got an email from Darren letting me know that he'd found a spare and would send it to me free of charge (to Ireland). I don't know how any company could possibly offer better customer service than this and Darren was superb both in terms of his helpfulness and super-quick email responses. Will not hesitate to buy from Trend Tool Technology again.

Exceptional service
Darren and the team at Trend were incredibly helpful recently - Going above and beyond to help we with a product issue that they solved swiftly and at no cost to me.
Furthermore, the Trend products I have and use as a DIY-er are exceptional and I cannot recommend them and the customer support team highly enough. Thanks Darren - brilliant.

Hello Brian,
Upon further investigation of this, we noticed there were 2x delivery attempts made to your address by our carrier, unfortunately these were unsuccessful as there was nobody available to receive the package. We can appreciate your frustration you did not receive your order during this time however this is out of our hands. We have taken all necessary steps to aid you and i can now see your replacement order was received 06/11/2024, 9:53, which is great news. KWJ700 Pro Worktop Jig
Recently purchased and have just used my new KWJ700 pro worktop jig for the first time, it makes cutting and jointing out of square corners and worktops of different widths through scribing etc a simple, accurate and speedy process. I have purchased and used many different jigs over the years, this is far the best and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of buying a new jig.
A special thanks to Derick within Trend Technical Department for his help during my first use.
