I had been let down by another provider a week before a family wedding and was unsure if I was going to find a hair topper in time. My fine hair has become really thin. I am so self conscious of this and wanted to be able feel confident to be included in wedding pictures. I called Aderans/Wiggins Penny Lane Liverpool. Spoke to Caren she was so helpful by Friday they had a topper to match my hair colour. The staff went above and beyond. I’ve not worn a topper before. I was put at ease immediately. I honestly could not fault my experience at all. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you Ladies

Treated respectfully, Listened to, private consultant room, clean and airy. Good selection of products to try on. The consultant explained how to apply and take care of the products.

Can not recommend highly enough. Amber & Steph are brilliant, both so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Made my wig buying experience so reassuring during what was a difficult time for me while going through chemotherapy hair loss. They were with me from the start and throughout my journey. I needed my hairpiece cutting again to thin it out even more than when I first bought it from Trendco. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment the following day. Steph is who I've been seeing throughout my journey, and she knew exactly what needed doing. It look so much better and less bulky now. Steph is so warm and friendly, it was so nice to see her again. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the whole team really look after you. Thank you Steph ❤️

Excellent advice and support. They go the extra mile. After sale support is brilliant... quality. They condition your hair, trim it, style it at no extra charge. It's like going to the hairdressers, something I've missed for years. Thank you steph and Maureen at Nottingham

I have been going there for years ( unfortunately ) and today I got Nicola who is wonderful she has helped me with new ideas which has left me feeling amazing and give me my life back who would have thought I would be going on the shows without taking a panic attack.

I highly recommend Aderans if you are looking for a wig. Friendly and inviting, they have a great range to choose from. Jess went above and beyond to find the perfect wig for me. It's given me my confidence back.

Very professional, from the minute I arrived I was made to feel welcomed, I was very apprehensive when I first arrived, but the lovely lady on reception made me feel calm and was very understanding. I came out of my appointment having purchased the perfect wig for me feeling like my old self and that is priceless.

The staff are great! 5 stars!! I was seen by Jane, who is lovely; highly professional and knowledgeable. The service was excellent. However, I really don’t like the new venue. It’s impersonal and cold. There are no wigs or products on display so you can’t browse or speak to anyone.

I was referred to Aderans by the Western General Hospital Edinburgh. I have Waldenstrom’s Lymphoma and likely to lose my hair during chemotherapy. The staff at Aderan’s were empathetic and practical, keen to make sure that I was happy with my choice and offering additional support such as cutting off any remaining hair and making sure that the wig fitted well. Alison the stylist was cheerful and matter of fact about the process which made me feel much better.

Great quality wigs and hairpieces at good prices and excellent service from Jane as well as all the other staff. Offers many options, styles and colours aswell as types of material and hair used. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a decade, and it’s been great every time.

I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I arrived.
Amber my stylist was amazing, she was warm and understanding, and totally understood what I wanted from my visit. She totally nailed it with what I wanted for a wig. The quality, fit and colour looked so much like what my hair was before loosing it - really beautiful wig and didn’t look at all false- which was one of my big concerns

Everyone at Aderans is incredibly kind, supportive and understanding. They make your experience as easy and stress free as possible with a wealth of knowledge and sensitivity to whatever circumstances have led you there. I have been for consultations, wig fitting, after care, then back for consultations and trims to my hair after it started growing back after chemo. Everytime was a positive experience and the team genuinely care about making it that way. Highly recommend! My appointment with Shelly was excellent- nothing was too much trouble and Shelly is very knowledgeable about the products. I was made to feel very comfortable and came away feeling very satisfied with the whole experience. I will definitely choose to shop at Trendco in the future and would certainly have Shelly look after me - thankyou Shelly.

Lovely customer service, very helpful with a wide variety off wigs. I would recommend anyone wanting wigs to go here and try them out until you find one you are comfortable with!
