It has been an absolute pleasure and amazing 🤩 experience working with trendy loft conversion..the whole team is very experienced and make sure every step and job is done to a very high standard... They helped me achieve my goal and my dream house.. both Perry and Jack have been there to help me and clarify any queries and made sure that everything runs smoothly.. from step 1 to finishing things have been very clear and they too care of everything.. Janine have been very helpful and the communication from her was great.. a big thanks to Steve and Ricky who done and amazing job ..it was unbelievable how a loft space can be turn around to a fabulous 🤩 space.. I will definitely recommend to everyone 😉

From our first meeting with Perry we decided it was Trendy Lofts we wanted to go ahead with. He put us at ease and explained everything we needed to know. A very nice guy, easy to talk to.

The whole build from start to finish was problem free.

George and Tom who built the main structure were brilliant, a pleasure to have around, polite, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, hoovering up any mess at the end of each day.

Got to say that every single one of the Trendy Lofts team were great.

I cannot recommend Trendylofts highly enough. Currently, we're about 90% through our loft conversion, and the experience has been incredibly smooth, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the entire team. We had a terraced 3 bedroom home in Dagenham. (Now 4 bed, 2 bathroom.)

When we first began our journey, we almost found ourselves in a nightmare situation with a different company that requested a £15k upfront payment. After doing our due diligence, we discovered they had no intention of doing the work, which left us feeling uneasy. Thankfully, we found Trendylofts, and their thoroughness and transparency really set them apart. From the very start, they demonstrated a commitment to excellence, providing us with not just a quote, but an entire information pack. This included all the details we needed at that stage, e.g. payment plan breakdown along with the necessary Party Wall Agreement (the only company out of 8 to have provided that) to kick off the work. Trendy did not ask for a huge deposit upfront (beware of companys that do). It was clear they were a cut above the rest.

Jannine, who is our main point of contact in the head office, has been fantastic—always responsive, kind, and committed to keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Jack, one of the directors, has been visiting regularly to review the progress of the work, which has made us feel heard and confident in the team’s commitment to quality.

We specifically prayed for a team that would be respectful, dignified, and take pride in their work. It’s been evident in every interaction with Trendylofts that they hold these values. Aaron, who took care of the structural building work, was exemplary—always tidy, respectful, and diligent. He kept us informed at every step, and his professionalism was clear from day one.

On top of all this, Trendylofts offered the most competitive price out of the eight quotes we received. But here's the most impressive part—just because their prices were lower, it didn’t mean any compromise on quality. The value for money has been exceptional.
