We’re sorry to see this review, particularly because our team actually addressed this concern when you contacted us approximately two weeks ago.

When you reached out regarding the VIP membership, we responded and canceled the membership and refunded it for you. We also provided information explaining how customers can select the “Guest” option instead of “Tres VIP” in the cart when placing an order without the membership.

We completely understand that the membership option may not have been what you wanted, which is why we honored your request and processed the cancellation and refund. Your membership is no longer active, and there will be no future monthly membership charges.

We never want a customer to feel stuck with a membership they don't want, and we're glad we were able to resolve this for you when you contacted us. We hope the clarification and the resolution we already provided help put your concerns to rest.

First, thank you for being such a longtime customer and for taking the time to leave such detailed and thoughtful feedback. It genuinely means a lot to hear that many of your other Tres Colori pieces—including nameplates you've had for years—are still beautiful and holding up well.

We're very sorry, however, to hear about your experience with the gold-plated double-plated name pieces. We completely understand why seeing the same issue across several of them would be disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences you've had with your other jewelry from us.

We looked through our customer service records and weren't able to find any previous communication from you regarding the tarnishing, so unfortunately we never had the opportunity to look into these pieces or try to make things right for you.
