Ordered snow boots online . 2 weeks later still not been delivered however the girl at the escape store found me a pair in the shop and gave me them just in time for Xmas . Thanks again

Purchased a pair of waterproof walking trousers that where advertised as 10000mm, 1st time of walking in the rain my legs where soaking wet within 5 minutes, I messaged trespass and got no reply,so seems to me like once they have your money they don't really care if you have a problem.

I was at Trespass in Harrogate on the 26th September 2022 & I found it a very pleasant experience. Ruth was a delightful assistant who steered me towards 2 items which I promptly bought. She was polite and friendly and a very good sales person. Kind Regards Chippy

We experienced disinterested store staff who were less than concerned about their potential customers needs.

We left the store quickly and visited a competitor who went above and beyond to help us.

I visited Tresspass maidenhead branch a couple of days ago and I was assisted by Akila. I wanted to buy my husband a gift and I was given every single detail about every item I choose. Akila was knowledgeable and super helpful, always smiling. The store offers a wide range of sports items and jackets with a reasonable price. I always enjoy my experience there.

I have visited store in St. Georges Center today, the customer service was excellent, very helpful and patient. Many thanks for taking the trousers off the mannequin to allow me try this size and checking availability in Uxbridge store :)

I have had excellent service from both Brian and Frank in the store in Hamilton.

Both of them are very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to advise me on which fleece and jacket to buy.

The quality of their top of the range DLX brand is very good for the money.

Got a coat for my daughter. the stitching is really weak. it now has 3 massive holes in it that i have to try to fix. the material itself is not very durable either, getting some tiny holes in the material itself as well... Yes its the second year my daughter is wearing it, but i was hoping to pass it on to my younger - no chance! its probably better quality than Aldi but only just. Rip off!!!Avoid!

i find trespass a good company been well impressed with fleeses tee shirts and coats must admit always go for redused prices but great goods and you can always find a sale price only £3 delivery and can be free returns too good value for money i find and the staff at dalton park branch are great helpfull as .

400 euro spent in Tresspass Nutgrove (Dublin) store to buy camping gear and treated as a scammer.

I bought a ton of gear and new boots. I tried the boots for 30 min and realized they were too big and wanted a smaller size. When I came back, the seller (who refused to even say his name?!) said the boots cannot be sold again, therefore he can't issue me a refund. I asked why - he said it's being worn (really Sherlock? How would I try it if I didn't wear them?).
Then the seller started to use Spanish words with me (did he think I'm Spanish? Was he being xenophobic? Why was he doing that?) - This is really upsetting and I wish I could just return it all, get my money back and never had to deal with Tresspass again.

Possibly my worst experience shopping in Ireland in the last 14 years I've been here.

Manager super helpful from beginning to end. Anita even carried multiple camping chairs through shopping centre to my car. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Visited the Carlisle store on Sunday 18th July 2021. Was greeted by two very friendly and helpful staff. I got the boot laces I went in for, in the sale at half price 🙂. The girl also
upsold me some Brown NIKWAX liquid which I'm very impressed with, my boots look brand new.

I have received my changed order today and just would like to say a Big thank you to the sales manager Michael for dealing with my oder exchange. This person dealt from the beginning till the end of my order exchange helping me all way through. Very nice experience and really recommend!

Purchased a pair of Wellies direct from Trespass, firstly the extremely thin inner sole had to be replaced as it twisted and wouldn’t remain in place. I have worn the boots for the last three weeks during the wet and snowy weather finding they have poor grip even on wet grass however the main concern is the poor material used in the construction which is thin and has consequently split just above the point where the upper is joined to the sole and subsequently leaks! This is a poor quality product and for the price charged disgraceful never mind the alleged RRP! Having also purchased other items including Walking Boots and a waterproof Jacket as yet unused, I now have reservations as to their quality and being “Fit For Purpose”.

Lovely jacket received the following day, will definetley buy from this company again Thank you

I like Tresspass and decided to buy a coat from them instead of Joules which is usually my go to. The quality of the clothing is good and the sale prices are great.
It’s only minus one star because it was a week before I was told it had been dispatched from the warehouse. I read reviews on here and panicked a bit. But as soon as I got notification after a week it had dispatched it was with me within 48 hours which is excellent.

The positives...my order was delivered the same week, returns process was easy and got my refund quickly. Pretty good service considering the lockdown situation...however minus two stars for the following reasons...

1. Tresspass censored my 3 star product review, which indicates the website reviews are entirely curated by Tresspass. This could be deemed as unfair trading practice, since Tresspass are deliberately misleading customers to generate sales.

2. Tresspass need to make their shoe sizing more accurate, the shoes come up way too small. Furthermore Tresspass need to also offer bigger shoe sizes for men like EU46.5 EU47 EU48 etc.

Hopefully Tresspass will consider the above feedback and improve on these areas.

Farnborough, Hampshire store is pretty poor with bad customer service. The two sales assistants chatting, talking about their lives and sitting on the till was very unprofessional.

First class clothing at a reasonable price. I bought a jacket three years ago and have worn it on something like 50% of days since. It is showing no signs of wear and it was not expensive. More recently I bought some walking boots which are very comfortable and are again wearing well. Usually I buy all my outdoor clothing from Rohan but with no shop nearby Tresspass seems to provide quite similar quality at about half the price.
