If you order from here keep your fingers and toes crossed....
Haven't been told why our order wasn't completed and (eventually) refunded but suspect that as they only use EVRI if you live in the countryside or heaven forbid on an island you'll be out of luck!
Just take a few moments to read the other 1* reviews and you'll see a trend running with these people - poor delivery standards and a shocking returns system - STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Missing delivery!
My tent was delivered to completely the wrong address. I then had to go scouting around houses looking for a door that matched the photo I was sent my customer service.
Found, it, carried heavy box home, injured my arms and no compensation offered despite the price lowering since on the website. On this occasion honestly was not the best policy, I should’ve just taken the refund offered rather than finding the tent myself. Limited gratitude from the company or any goodwill offered on their part despite me going above & beyond.
