Our encounter with Trinity - with Christopher and Sarah particularly - has been very good. They're both very knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and understanding. Legal stuff can be very intimidating but they've talked us through everything necessary and we feel confident that things are under control.

From the first 'Hello' from Corey to my 'have a blessed day' from Chris was such a positive conversation to discuss and arrange such a difficult subject. Getting our will put into place was something that we'd starting years ago to not finishing with another company to we need to get it sorted. Having coming across Trinity Life Limited on social media made me realise I needed to sort it straight away. A phone call and zoom meeting later got us on the path to getting it sorted. My thoughts were WOW these guys are just incredible! They are friendly, easy to talk to knowledgeable people who are a gift from God in delivering an amazing service. They are putting everything we need into place making sure my family are looked after when that day comes! Being a christian and knowing that the advice I have been given are from christians who know they are answerable to God filled me with the confidence to know I'm in good hands. We asked Sarah to draw up our Will, Trusts and Power of Attorney and she walked us through it all so clearly and competently, step by step, so that by the end of the session we had worked out everything we need for peace of mind, and covered all the eventualities. We had time to mull over some of the details, to confirm it, and then the paperwork arrived with clear and comprehensive instructions of how to sign it. At every step we were kept informed and felt secure with what we were doing. Our queries were answered promptly and clearly. I feel the Company and Sarah herself went above and beyond, to make sure it was all in order. I'm happy to give a favourable review as we felt heard and everyone was so polite, efficient and friendly. Can't praise them enough.
