Happy customer
Great experiencie, Kate helped me a lot with my booking process and went smoothly even though there were some tiny changes.. It's not the first time I visit this website to buy plane tickets, it has been way better than buying it directly since the prices are very high lately to the places I wish to travel. The last two flights I got they didn't had the fares I chosed, but still got a great deal to similar ones, instead of paying +$1200 I got a discount! The only thing I would change is that the unavailable fares should be eliminated from the options. Other than that, I'm really happy and I can assure they are not a scam.

Half off deals advertised but never available
They offer a great half price deal but then you get a message that those 150 round trip tickets are no longer available so they find you a 300 round trip which was only 50 bucks cheaper than anything else I could find. I believe it’s just a way of wheeling you into their web site. I did buy their tickets I was tired of hunting

The worst site to book
The worst site to book. I booked 4 tickets from PVD to Fort Laudreal from Dec26-30 with a price of $770. Indeed their team member called me and told that due to pricing for the time the tickets need to be re-booked for an added amount of $669, which made the that the total cost $1400. At the first place why was I able to book the ticket and then how did the ticket became available at the increased price. This is falsifications of the price and tactics to cheat customers. Don’t recommend any one to buy tickets with this type of business tactics that the website is employing to allure customers.

Emma, was amazing helping me with my reservation. She was very helpful and followed through with all aspects of the reservation. My only concern is that the website allows me to select flights that are not available or are not the price listed after I submit for payment. Then I have to wait for someone to call me back, that is counter intuitive to booking online.
