Similar to recent reviews I arrived at the hotel in late December to find out no such booking existed even though I already paid tripsave. I have gotten zero response on either email or chat and now their website has been taken down. Total scam. AVOID.

Everything is a scam. I made 2 reservations with them, I contact the property they confirm the reservation, then after I paid in fully, in the last day of free cancellation, I got a message from the hotel that my reservation was cancelled.
Of course they're not replying or give my money back...

Got charged for the booking, but got a nasty surprise when I arrived at the hotel. No booking whatsoever. The worst part was trying to get ahold of tripsave in all possible ways, but no answer. Complete rip off !

We have had a very bad experience of Tripsave.
We booked a hotel in Malta. We received confirmation of booking from Tripsave only to get to our hotel and be told that the booking had been cancelled the day before. We tried many times to contact Tripsave via phone, email and their chat service on their website. They were uncontactable. They have not attempted to contact us and seem to have disappeared.
We have had to ask our credit card company to reverse the charge .
Please do not book hotels through this company.

Tripsave agents went above and beyond to make my vacation memorable. They accommodated me and my husband after we had a not so good experience in the hotel we booked. Even though it was not on them, they helped us so we could enjoy our vacation to the max. I cannot recommend them enough. By the way this is my second time booking with them and it has always been a breeze.

I was initially a little apprehensive about booking our vacation through Tripsave, but my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Immediately after booking, I emailed the company and received a response almost instantly—faster than 99% of luxury travel agents I’ve used in the past. They sent me screenshots of the reservation right away from their supplier, and within a few hours I had the official hotel confirmation, which allowed me to call the property directly and make dining reservations.

A couple of days later, I realized we had made a mistake with our travel dates. Although this was entirely our fault and the booking was technically nonrefundable, the Tripsave team went above and beyond to help. They contacted both their suppliers and the hotel, and when the hotel’s initial response wasn’t favorable, they didn’t stop there. They escalated the request and used their relationships to give the hotel pressure and ultimately the hotel relented and granted all of our changes without additional costs.

I know not every reservation will run into these kinds of issues, but if one does, you’ll be grateful to have Wayne and the Tripsave team in your corner. Their communication was prompt, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process.

Even better, our price through Tripsave was lower than what was listed directly on the hotel’s site, Expedia, or Costco Travel—yet the level of service I received far exceeded that of any full-service luxury travel agency. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and will absolutely continue to refer my friends and family to Tripsave for all future travel plans!

Kurz vor Abschluss der Buchung eines Hotelzimmers brach die Buchung mit der Begründung ab, es gäbe keine Hotelzimmer mehr zu der versprochenen Rate. Die Seite wurde neu geladen und tatsächlich, dasselbe Zimmer wurde nun zu einem höheren Preis angeboten.
Während ich noch überlegte, was ich tun sollte, hatte ich bereits eine E-Mail von tripsave in meinem Posteingang. Sie hätten bemerkt, dass meine Buchung nicht funktioniert hätte, und sie wollten nun wissen, ob ich ihre Hilfe benötigte. Nachdem ich ihnen kurz meine Situation geschildert hatte, bekam ich innert weniger Minuten eine Antwort, dass ich das Zimmer zum teureren Preis buchen soll und sie mir dafür die Differenz zum ursprünglichen Preis zurückerstatten würden. Ich willigte ein und noch bevor ich die Buchungsbestätigung per Mail erhielt, bedankte sich der Kundenservice bei mir für die Buchung und versprach, dass die Rückerstattung der Differenz sogleich in die Wege geleitet werden würde. Nachdem ich mich bedankt hatte, wurde mir versprochen, dass ich mich bei allfälligen weiteren Problemen oder Fragen, jederzeit bei ihnen melden könne.
Mit dieser bisherigen Erfahrung würde ich jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub über tripsave buchen und kann dasselbe jeder anderen Person ebenfalls empfehlen.

I booked a great deal on a U.S. hotel through TripSave, but since it was my first time using the platform, I called the hotel directly to confirm. That’s when I found out the hotel had placed me in an “economy” room—despite my booking clearly stating “standard.”

When I reached out to TripSave to cancel, they quickly responded and assured me they’d resolve the issue. After a bit more digging, I discovered the hotel was mislabeling their economy rooms as “standard” on third-party sites to mislead travelers. I let TripSave know and asked to cancel the reservation altogether.

Even though the problem stemmed from the hotel, TripSave took full responsibility. They not only canceled the original booking without penalty, but also upgraded me to a much nicer hotel at no extra cost.

Customer service was fast, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right.

We came across Tripsave while searching last minute for a hotel stay and chose to book with them because the hotels we were interested in were significantly more affordable compared to what other providers.

Unfortunately, we encountered some unexpected issues at the hotel, which led us to reach out to Tripsave’s customer service.

The support we received was truly exceptional. By far the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Mr. Wayne went above and beyond, working late into the night to assist us in every possible way.

We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for their outstanding service, which completely saved our trip and made our stay unforgettable.

It was our first time booking through Tripsave, but it will definitely not be our last.

Great prices, fantastic experience. From planning, to booking, to the vacation itself, the team took real and dedicated care to support all of our needs. At first when planning, the chat representative quickly helped us find and confirm key details at a late night hour, then when we booked we received immediate communication and were called within a moment to confirm key details that were missing, and most importantly during our vacation when the hotel in México messed up and wasn’t helpful Tripsave leaned in immediately (despite a late night hour at their local time) and really helped us.

I can’t speak enough about how well we’ve been taken care of. Will continue toto book from Tripsave!

Jeg har efterhånden benyttet Tripsave 3-4 gange til booking af hoteller – og har hver gang været yderst tilfreds.

Sammenlignet med andre bookingsider har jeg oplevet besparelser på op mod 20 %, hvilket naturligvis gør en forskel, især ved længere ophold. Det er tydeligt, at flere og flere har fået øje på fordelene ved at bruge Tripsave.

Ud over de økonomiske besparelser har vi ved en enkelt lejlighed endda fået opgraderet til et bedre værelse – en ekstra bonus, der virkelig gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre.

Kundeservice svarer hurtigt og fremstår både professionelle og imødekommende i deres vejledning.

Derudover er selve bookingsiden både brugervenlig og intuitiv, hvilket gør det nemt at finde og gennemføre sin reservation.

Jeg kan varmt anbefale at give Tripsave et forsøg – det betaler sig.

I had a fantastic experience booking through TripSave.com! I used them to book Secrets Moxché in Playa del Carmen, and the price was an incredible 40% cheaper than booking directly through Hyatt or even Costco. At first, I thought it was too good to be true, but after booking, I called the hotel to confirm, and everything was exactly as promised. Wayne Pick from the customer service team was excellent—his communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring throughout the process. I highly recommend TripSave.com for anyone looking for great deals on luxury travel!

Jeg har nu flere gange brugt tripsave og det har gjort mig store besparelser hver gang! Det er virkelig en god og pålidelig hjemmeside, som er en nem måde at spare penge på. Rigtig god oplevelse med Tripsave med gode besparelser og i øvrigt super god og imødekommende service, det er bestemt ikke sidste gang de er brugt :)
