Ordered a neon running t-shirt for my husband’s birthday - True Sapiens caught my eye for its blend of quality at the right price. Unfortunately delivery was delayed due to the postal strikes, but on contacting them, I got a personal reply from Stephen who stayed in touch until he’d tracked the parcel and offered me a discount on my next purchase due to the hassle caused!
The top has arrived and my husband loves it! It’s great for running as the evenings get darker, a good fit and washes and wears well. Highly recommend - this won’t be our last order!

So my original order didn't arrive but I contacted the Customer Service team and they immediately put in a re-order which turned up within a few days. Shorts are really comfortable and a great fit - very impressed all round !

I have ordered multiple times now from TrueSapien with various bits of kit and the clothing is amazing. Normally I have to go a size up with tops due to them shrinking but these are amazing. The hoodie is so comfy and the fit is perfect. The buff is great it stays nice and tight taking away all sweat so it stays out of your face. The ear warmer type product I ordered for my wife and the only down side she has to it is that she can’t wear her headphones with it other than that totally happy.

A few times I have contacted the team at TrueSapien and not once has it been a bother, they have been polite, professional, understanding and resolve issues as quickly as the rise.

I would recommend to anyone.

I love all my gear from TrueSapien. The tops are the best for me if I had to pick a favourite. Long sleeve, great fit and lightweight but warm enough for those chilly mornings. I love an early morning run. I have a couple of the trucker hats too and I love them. I have an insta account @sometimesiwearlipstick and I will be seen wearing a few of my favs from TrueSapien on there.

I bought a running top and showerproof jacket, both fit excellent and true to size. Quality is really high and both are very comfortable.

I had an issue with delivery where the initial one didn't turn up. This was immediately rectified with no fuss and great communication. Fantastic customer service.

I love this outdoor wear! So bright and well made. The thingI love is you can message them and talk about the product before you purchase. The price point is just amazing. I have looked at other sights and they are way more money. You sure get a bang for your money. The delivery is spot on I would rate this 12/10.

Original parcel didnt arrive, but the company went above and beyond. They responded to my emails immediately and arranged a replacement top which arrived ASAP.

Saw the tshirt on Twitter and really liked the slogan. Bought in an xs. It took a while to come but that was probably because of Christmas/New Year. I’ve worn it a few times for running and it’s comfortable, wicks well and has come out of the wash intact

There was a small delay in the delivery, but I expected that over Christmas,the trusapien gear turned up and was better than anything I've worn, the reflective jacket is light and kept me at perfect temperature during a fifteen mile run in December, the leggings and hoodie are superb, I've purchased the hat as well which keeps my head and ears warm on the coldest evening,if you're thinking of running gears these people are on point and well worth a look .
