Absolutely loving the taste and is now my go to drink- I never thought I would willingly give up my morning cuppa but am loving it, I had been anxious about using a subscription service but the staff were quick to answer and sorted the issue in double quick time. It tastes like hot chocolate and I will confess that it is also having the desired effect and I am feeling like myself again, my brain fog is gone and I feel energised and alert to a level that even my cynicism cant argue with. 5*

Bioflow a product that really works and customer care that really cares.
I was initially disappointed that I couldn't drink the chocolate flavour because I really didn't like the stevia aftertaste. I contacted customer services, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They offered plenty of ideas and support, and because I'd already started to notice some benefits from the small amount of the chocolate version I'd managed to drink, I really wanted to persevere.
so i switched to the coffee version recommended by customer services and started by adding a little honey. Now I find I don't need honey at all. Every morning I have one spoonful mixed with about a quarter of a pint of cold milk, and I actually quite enjoy the taste.
I'm genuinely convinced I can feel the benefits. I'm losing weight—which wasn't the reason I started taking it, so that's been a lovely bonus! More importantly, my stomach is far less bloated, I definitely have more energy, and my mind feels much clearer.
Thank you Bioflow for supporting me and helping me find a way to make it work. I'll definitely be ordering more.
I can't recommend Bioflow highly enough—not only because of the product itself, but also because of the outstanding customer service. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about helping its customers succeed.

I'm on my second round of Bioflow and it's become my go-to morning drink. I also sometimes reach for this late afternoon when I don't fancy the obligatory tea or coffee. It tastes lovely and whilst I haven't noticed too many health benefits as yet I do feel like I have more alertness after drinking in the morning.
I've had an issue with delivery as the address wasn't fully completed, but Ashley has been extraordinary at keeping me in the loop, and helping me with the subscription side.
I do think the bag should contain more product as even on one cup a day it wouldn't get me to the end of the month.
But really happy with the actually product and the customer service is top-notch!

Fantastic business to deal with
Fantastic business to deal with, great customer service.
I made a mistake when placing my second order, then wondered why my delivery contained less than it should have. I emailed and they sorted it out quickly and in my favour, even though the mistake was mine.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but good customer service - emailing and getting quick , real person responses - is sadly a rare experience these days and it deserves highlighting.
Great product aswell, does exactly what it says on the tin. I don't get on well with caffeine but this boosts my energy and focus in a calming rather than stimulating way, with no crashes afterwards.
Highly recommend.

I got the cocoa coffee chocolate taste but not over powering or sweet. Dissolves really well too it’s my go to coffee that keeps me going all day

Good, but...
I like the product. The tast of the original grows on you, and I'm now quite fond of it.
What I can't understand is why the subscription for a months product gives you less than a months product. I was worried I was going to run out, so reordered early. It's now 7 days since I ordered and I have no product. How in 2026 can it possibly take more than 7 days to deliver an ecom order. It's embarrasing it's not next day delivery, to take over a week is just ridiculous.
For something where the benefit accumulates through consistency, being unable to have consistency is incredibly infuriating.
Update.
I had a very good CS interaction following this review and have updated my score to a 4.

Firstly, thank you for your honest feedback, and I'm genuinely sorry for the delay.
As a small business, we've seen incredible demand this summer, which we're hugely grateful for. Rather than compromise on quality, we've accepted a 2-3 day dispatch delay while keeping our production standards exactly where they should be. Unfortunately, Royal Mail's recent Red Heat warning has also slowed deliveries further.
I've looked into your order and it now appears it may have been lost in transit. I've reached out to you directly and would love the opportunity to put this right with an immediate replacement.

We are now on our second order of the cocoa brew. Absolutely love it, I personally mix it with my collagen, milk and natural yogurt for a thick creamy breakfast shake. The little whisk is surprisingly powerful and makes short work of it. That’s breakfast sorted. I have tried many mushroom products over the last few years whilst navigating through peri menopause and the changes that come with it. I am over the moon with Bioflow and the mental clarity I am enjoying.
Customer services are very helpful and get back to you quickly.
I received the individual sachets this time and have slipped a few in my work bag. They will be welcome on holiday also.
We were originally looking for a coffee alternative for my partner who avoids caffeine. He is enjoying it too.

This is by far the best 🍄🟫adaptogen powder ever and I’ve tried lots but Bioflow is completely different.
I already feel the boost in my mood and energy.
It blends so easily with the wee whisk which comes free with your first subscription order, free insulated mug and free samples, great for travelling.
I’ve also had 5 Star ⭐ customer service

Amazing Product & Great Service
After some initial issues Ashley from Customer Services very kindly responded and we got those sorted right out.
I’ve decided to come back as a customer as after trying some other competitors they didn’t live up to this in the slightest for me.
I’ve also been able to now create a travelling set thanks to their sachets and have even ordered the 30 day pack of rehydration sachets as well!!
Can’t commend this company enough and I have 3 family members now on this instead of their morning coffees and all are reaping the benefits of clean sustained energy and clarity.

So far the service has been great. I ordered the cocoa deep focus brew. I have used for about 10 days and am impressed with results. I prefer a 50:50 ice cold gluten free oat milk and water plus a few ice cubes. It frothy well with warm or cold milk. I look forward to trying other products in the range.

The Original you got is actually a very popular choice due to it's incredible mixability in hot as well as cold liquids. On top, mixed with oat milk is absolutely delicious (my favourite too ☺️). And right now with the current scorcher, is an absolute delight to have it with ice.
On top of the delicious taste, we're even happier to hear you felt the results after just 10 days. As it contains 0 caffeine, the body does not create tolerance so the results only build with daily use. Can not wait to hear the positive benefits it brings to your daily performance.

Brilliant product
Easy to order. I liked the option to wait and save because that’s presumably more cost and energy efficient for the manufacturing and delivery processes. What I love is that Bioflow is caffeine free, it mixes really easily with water and all kinds of milk - even cold. And - so importantly - it tastes delicious! I already had a pretty high baseline of feeling bff good, energised and focused but I think this has given an extra boost to that. I’m also hoping it will support some physical symptoms with time.
