ABOMINABLE, colis jamais reçu, meme pa remboursée ils ne répondent pas à mes mails et me mentent depuis le départ. Aucun lien de suivi. Ça fait 1 mois que je me bat avec eux, après mon paiement.

The positives:
- I like the sleek design
- very easy to install
- I have the warm light and it gives off a nice light

The cons:
- The battery charge does not last long, especially if you have it on the non-motion sensor.
- I have most of the lighting as under cabinet in my kitchen. I put them on for a party for nice ambient lighting. The lights died within 3-4 hours of use.
- When I use motion setting for my closets, the battery lasts a few weeks.

I wish the battery charge could last longer. I feel like I am constantly charging each light.

The design is nice and easy to install, but the charge doesn’t last long. Constantly charging it. Not worth the money.

I was waiting for this item for over two months. When it finally arrived the product was very cheap plastic looking. The light stopped working after 7 months. The only contact email "try illuminate support" email address on their website ignored all my requests/emails. This product was suggested to me by Instagram and I would never buy it again as I feel like I was scammed.

This company is really great! What makes them great is their honesty and ethical transparency. AND, the quality of their products. When there were delays with delivery, they let me know right away and were available to communicate. I was not able to receive the items myself for personal reasons and had to cancel my order. But I had a lot of communications with them. Most companies do not take the time they've taken and the actions they've taken to live up to ethical standards, I really respect that in this company.
I was able to personally view and see the under cabinet items at a friend's house located in northern New Mexico. They are stellar! The quality is high grade--not like those cheap things that plug in or require batteries. I will definitely come back to order again. They stand by their products, but if a customer has issues, they listen and attend to it. Thank you illuminate! I will see you again!

Hello, We think that this company couldn't be more helpful. One of our lights stopped working properly after two years of us purchasing the product.
Obviously the warranty had run out, but as a one off they replaced the product for us.
Even in the passed they have sent us magnets free of charge. BRILLIANT

Love the lights! Really great customer service as well. Prompt to reply and quick to solve the issue.

I have 3 lights under kitchen units, all set to auto. Some turn on as I walk past, some don't, even after charging. It's not a great look, when there is no consistency with the performance. Really terrible battery life too. on some occasions, one of the strips will last way less time than the others even though I've always charged them the same time since I got them. I've had a replacement sent, and it's just as bad. Real shame as they do look great.

Nice idea but they don’t work half of the time and require far too much charging.

I have the original Illuminate and Illuminate strips. I use them all over the house, under sinks, deep storage cabinets and closets, as well as extra light for detailed projects. Probably my favorite accessory to spruce up an older house.

Really excellent product - I have now bought 5 of their Illuminate strips. They are very easy to install and use, and totally reliable; good value for money in my view. I've started getting them as presents now.
I had a problem with my last order and they couldn't have been more helpful and quick in sorting it all out.
I definitely recommend them.

Extremely over priced item. The battery life for the cost should last 10x as long as it actually does. Not impressed at all with the battery life in “auto” mode,or in the “on” position. I really hope people see this review. Will not be buying again.

The magnate is kind of weak and then light goes off after a while.

Ordered a set of lights for our stairways and these were excellent. Had a minor issue with one and the item was replaced very quickly - and I live in Canada!

The customer support I received from illuminateCo was first rate, probably the best support experience I have had with an online vendor organization! I had to update my shipping address after my order was placed and they took care of it immediately. When I received the unit, it had some scratches, likely from testing. The unit worked great, but the unboxing experience was negatively impacted by the scratches so I emailed support and without any hesitation they shipped me a new one! In this day and age, the communication from their support team has been nothing short of superb.
It also helps that the light itself is awesome!

I’m still waiting for my delivery as the first parcel was stolen from my letterbox. A brief email led to several responses from the support team and without any drama, new lights are on their way. I am so impressed with the after sales service. Can’t wait to install
