They advertise a 45 day trial., But that is not what it appears to be. These hearing aids did not solve my problem, which is a severe hearing loss and the amount that they changed the hearing was negligible, but as they put it “technically any increase in sound qualifies“ so to them that meant that the age were six successful and acceptable and not subject to a full refund.

Instead, they came up with a list of shipping costs, open box issues, and an offer of a 40% refund. This approach is what I considered to be fundamentally unethical, advertising and bad corporate behavior.

I would not want to do business with a company with these low ethical standards. Their product probably works for those with mild hearing loss, but it did not work for me and And, I cannot recommend it nor can I recommend the Management in any degree of good faith.

Simply the best should’ve tried it earlier

I purchased the OTC Modern Hearing, hearing aids about 2 weeks ago. They arrived insured US-mail as indicated in the purchase agreement. The hearing aids were already charged and ready to use. The package included a quick start guide with very simple and direct instructions for use, common problems with simple solutions, charging, and cleaning instruction.
I have only encountered 1 problem that problem was addressed on the quick start guide. The devise includes a verity of ear domes to accommodate ear cannel fit. The truth is that there are several shapes and sizes of domes available. Selecting the correct one can be a bit confusing. My problem was quite simple and very correctable. The domes were too small to block sound feedback, a squealing noise. This problem is addressed in the device instructions. As instructed, I began to increase the dome size to achieve a better fit. The largest sized dome was still a bit small and still allowed feedback. I considered contacting Modern Hearing for assistance with this matter but decided not to. What they include with the hearing aids will accommodate 90% of the users that would purchase them. I believe they included a set of each size domes they sell. I started on Amazon and found a package of domes 1 mm larger. I ordered the and installed as soon as they arrived. Problem SOLVED. I know and visit with several people that wear hearing aids. I had a very good idea what the differences are. My hearing has vastly improved with the hearing aids. But it's not the same as natural. For the price point I didn't expect hearing aids to restore my hearing. I only expected what they deliver improved hearing! I'll learn how to cope with the differences. As I continue use them.

The device is extremely good and customer service was very helpful. But shipping took bit longer then expected.

I noticed the difference between a real hearing aid.I don't amplify so lot better to an improvement.Getting used to it , and i'm glad that I bought them

When I received my new hearing aids from Modern Hearing, I was skeptical at first! The modest price you charged seemed too good to be true. Quickly I discovered you provide the same technology that other hearing aid centers offer for a much higher price! Thank you! The volume control is something I did not have before and it has made a big difference for me! I am a senior lady who has to guard my pennies well and you have helped me with a better quality of life at an affordable price!

My hearing aids work very well. Once, you get through the learning curve, they work as well as my old expensive pair. Their support is excellent, Diana does a great job in assisting you in correcting any problems. My only negative, is that support is email support. I would much rather talk to a person but Diana works with you until you get your problem corrected. I would recommend them rather than pay the high price for "professional" hearing aids.

I love my Hearing Aids. They are comfortable to wear and they are everything they promised. No side noises, nothing at all, just the real thing. I wished I had bought them long time ago. Absolutely best investment with such a good deal. I truly and honestly can recommend them.

I like most didn't trust these hearing aids on the internet. I spent $5000 on the top hearing aids the over the ear. By the end of the day they hurt the top of my ears. Reading about $200 hearing aids i thought that's a joke. You can't trust anything that's advertised on the net. As time went by I thought about it more then decided what do I have to loose. I sent for them and to my surprise they were exactly what was advertised. The company has been so supportive and is not a joke. I love my hearing aids and so glad I ordered them. I have not been paid or promised anything to say what I've said I just telling the truth.

Friends read my comments when I told ‘em I bought mine online! Some didn’t believe…they know now! I rarely do “reviews” or “ratings”…but I genuinely like them, and it fits perfect, and cost me less, you miss the sale, like I often did, you WILL kick yourself like I always did…to me

I've had 3 different sets of hearing aids from $5000 to the $249 for The Modern hearing aids. I read a review of these hearing aids and I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. My hearing is much better than before. I see so many different brands out there but I think this brand is great.
