I was desperate to get relief for my bone on bone knees. I finally ordered these knee braces. Unfortunately my thighs are big and they kept rolling down. The company offered to replace them with a larger size. Their was response was the same day I contacted them. Great

I really like the fit and feel but size wasn’t right and costumer service was great on a exchange for a very satisfying costumer service makes it very easy to work with.
I recommend the service they provide.

Product arrived and the quality is clearly good, tried it on and unfortunately it's too large to support knee even when fully closed. Reached out to company, who replied almost immediately with a solution to get the next size down out to me. Wonderful customer service! I will update again after the new one comes.

I ordered this product, it took awhile to come and when I got it it was to tight on my leg. I went by the measurements and it still didn’t fit. Customer service was excellent very prompt in returning my emails however I would have liked to speak to someone over the phone. Looking forward to getting a replacement that fits.

The product was exactly what I expected. It is a lightweight yet sturdy brace that did improve how my knee felt. It's a breathable fabric that didn't cause a lot of sweat like other brands I've tried. Customer service was quick to respond when I had a question. I am very pleased with this product.

I purchased the 2XL adjustable knee sleeve to help my knees. Once they arrived, I immediately tried them on and found that they did not fit my leg as they were too big, even when tighten to maximum tension. I contacted customer service and they have been very responsive to my requests. Customer service is sending me a smaller size adjustable knee sleeves for a better fit. Peakflex customer service has been very responsive and accommodating.

I have received my knee braces a few days ago, unfortunately there size chart and my body weight distribution do not match. I ended up ordering the wrong size. The company is very helpful on getting me the right size.

I called for a size change and was emailed back within a couple of hours. They were very understanding and are going to send out the right size. I was very happy with the service I received

When I got my knee braces unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size and they kept slipping down my legs. I contacted the company and they are graciously offering to send a smaller size so they will fit better. Both my knees are bone on bone and need to be replaced. I feel these will definitely help once the right size gets here. They have been very understanding and helpful.

I was excited to received my knee sleeve. Texture felt soft and hoping the size is accurate from the instructions when I ordered the product. Upon trying the knee sleeve on it felt that the size is too big! I email the company and had a fast reply. Hoping that the next delivery will fit properly.
