Great product. Doesn’t necessarily shred as I was expecting tho. I find broken pieces here and there. Over all he likes it.

Our dog loves this chew. It took awhile to receive it, but it’s worth the wait!

Took a while to arrive (9days) and my 6.5kg 1 year old managed to chew it in half after 10 minutes. Not particularly robust quality and very expensive for a small piece of wood. Won’t be buying again. I am interested in the accompanying document though which was a nice touch.

I just received our order yesterday and my little 14 lb pup took to it right away. He chewed it for over an hour and only stopped when his mouth got tired. It is sanded smooth and needs the action if chewing to break it down. I think it’s an excellent product and seems an idea chew for my dog.

Truly happy with my decision to buy this product from Puppy Harbor. From purchase to the first chew my puppies are satisfied. Plan on using this sorce for my future purchases.

Lasts a while!

I enjoy having a chewing stick for just inside. My pups like to grab a stick and try to prance inside without dropping it. Now they'll drop it for a treat or these chew sticks! Our youngest pup had nasty breath and this chew stick has helped a lot! Both our pups have thoroughly enjoyed these chew sticks. I would recommend them to any dog parent!

My dogs loved these chews from the first sniff! They don’t splinter and when my dogs bring them to me to show off their toy they don’t hurt or snag my clothes like their other chews did. Definitely 5 stars!!

My Rottie really likes this Bone. This bone is so much safer for any dog to have for a chew. No worries in regards to cracked teeth.

My dogs love them! They carry them around and chew on them often! The best thing is they last, my dogs are big chewers and these are the first chews that can outlast my dogs!!

Our puppy loves it.. that's all that matters.. and they are safe.
He's now not teething on us anymore.

Upon receiving my order I did inspect the chew and it seemed pretty good. I gave it to my corgi to chew and would take it away after 10 minutes just to get her used to it. I did that for 3 days and on the 3rd day it got a split on both sides of the chew. It wasn’t super deep but enough that I felt it might not be safe anymore. I was very upset because I had spent 30 dollars on a little stick that they said should hold up for several weeks. 3 days 30 minutes in total time of chewing. I reached out to the company who made me feel like it was my fault because I should have sized up on the chew even though it doesn’t say that when you go to buy the product. I tried to email them and it went back and forth until all the sudden they stopped replying. I gave up and counted it as a loss and have found a better company to buy from. If anyone wants a better place to get them try Mumbies. They are super fast with shipping unlike puppyharbor where you’re waiting 2 weeks.

I ordered two large cooling mats, and what I received was two medium mats. I sent an email to the customer service, and they replied a couple of days later and promised to send the correct items. Finally a package arrived and it was another medium (just one). I tried to send the email to their customer service again and it got bounced back. I am not even sure if this company is legit.

Update: I received the right sizes finally. Wrong color but the right size.

My lab really enjoys the coffee wood sticks! One of the items I ordered was not as expected and the customer service was very responsive and explained that they had a problem the supplier recently. They offered to send a replacement or refund my money and I did not have to send the original item back.

We received our sticks and our dog was very excited. I was happy to offer her a chew toy that wasn’t plastic. Our dog does have strong jaws being part pit so the wood did split but we’ll be sure to get the larger one next time. So good to consider dog size and breed when choosing a stick. Be sure to reach out if help needed. Customer service is excellent!

Great product, my baby loves the Coffee wood chews. Their customer service took great care of us when we had an issue. I am a happy customer and will purchase from them going forward.

I didn’t take long for my golden retriever to take to the stick. She really seems to enjoy it. The little fibers left on the ground are not an issue as I’m just glad it’s not little shards of plastic. The only issue was how long shipping takes but the product is great. I will order again!

I ordered size L for my 42 lb dog. Product was shipped fairly quickly but within 5 minutes of chewing my dog had pulled off large splinters. Product doesn’t seems any better than other similar products just more expensive.

Since we adopted our husky mix puppy he has ingested more fabric, plastic, wood and miscellaneous junk than I would care to admit.
He LOVED his new "stick" from Puppy Harbor!
Although there are bits of "chips" to vacuum up it's less mess than any other toy he has demolished and I feel better about what's going into his tummy!!
