Misleading adverts.
Lacks quality. Charge for postage even though states free postage. Hasn’t honoured free returns.

Drop shipped crap from China! Took 2 months to arrive and nothing like advertised. Scam!

Well, to tell you the truth, I bought them for my husband for Christmas! But of course I opened them to check them out! Absolutely stunning! My only regret is that I didn’t order 6 so I could have received the 2 mystery glasses! I can’t wait til the reveal on Christmas morning! I also can’t wait to choose a special bottle to fill the Decanter with!

The glasses are wonderful. Everything was great. I was it’s a gift for Christmas for one of my guys that works for me but when I got here it was missing a piece and that’s the only reason I’m not giving it five stars otherwise everything else was beautiful.

I got the Storm glasses and Decanter, these are high quality and quite heavy. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, I just got them out of the well made boxes and washed them. I also got the Smoke kit, which seems of high quality and I'm looking forward to using them all together soon.

I had received 2 of the glasses as a gift last Christmas and was excited to get 4 more plus the matching decanter. They were just as pictured and customer service was great.

I belong to a Bourbon Club that meets monthly. The glasses are for the club members. I have 2 glasses to try for myself, as well as the marble ice cubes (which I am hopeful will be better than my last set which only lasted 7 years).
I will advise you relative to our collective experiences following our September meeting.

I purchased two different styles of glasses. Both were exquisitely wrapped. The glasses themselves were works of art. I believe that presentation is part of the experience, and these glasses express care for my guests.
I have two more glasses on the way.

Had a pricing issue and resolved in one day. Glasses were as expected.

Great packaging, delivery was fast. Wife and I love the glasses and use them every day as wine glasses.

Beautifully and well made.
Pairs well with the smoker.

This is a very good company; the products were wonderful. I purchased the Storm glasses and decanter, and I love them. They look wonderful.

The glasses are exquisite and so very beautiful. As a gift to my husband, he was very impressed with the impeccable quality and workmanship.

Everything I ordered arrived quickly and was well packaged. I absolutely love the look and feel of the glasses and the matching decanter adds a ton of style. The smoke set is great and there are plenty of included wood chips that will last a long time.

Do not buy from these people. It’s not crystal, there is a huge visible seam from the mould it’s made in. Horrible thick glass, and they will not give you a free refund, they make you send it back to the USA and pay the postage.

All do the good reviews are fake, don’t believe them.

Oh, and these are from China, don’t let them suck you in with the Japanese Glass, it’s simply not true.

In summary, these are horrible cheap looking glasses which you can get for far less money on Amazon, and the decanter is even worse quality workmanship.

Cheap thick glass moulded together to make a decanter. Ugly products. You can return if you want but they’ll entice you to have a 20% discount to keep this terrible glass or charge you to return for a full refund which is not cheap from the UK to the US…

I don’t believe half of these reviews. The whisky glasses and decanter I ordered look like they have come from Poundland. I’ve also found the glasses for £40 cheaper than I paid if you look at Amazon.

Seriously don’t waste your money unless you want thick cheap glass with seams down the middle as if 2 bits of glass have been stuck together with glue. Very disappointed and feel very misled with their description.
