The delivery was timely and, as is often the custom in Japan, the presentation was beautiful. The glasses and decanter came in a sturdy, attractive box with plenty of foam protection to prevent breakage. I was tempted to keep the box because of its quality. As advertised, the set is classy, the glasses feel heavy, substantial and suitable for drinking fine spirits. Well done.

On 6/18 I placed an order. Confirmation #120026.
On 6/27 I requested status on my order via email.
I received the standard "thank you for reaching out" response on 6/29. During this time I'm constantly checking the order on "SHOP". At the beginning, there was a status of "in process". A week later the app showed "no order found. I have emailed Tsuki to cancel the order and get the refund. No response and no credit to my account. On 7/14 I sent my son an email (the gift was suppose to be a surprise) asking if he had received it or had heard anything from Tsuki.
He had not. Shortly after his email, I received a "link" stating that my order was confirmed on 6/18 and would ship USPS 3-5 business days.
At that point I emailed Tsuki again and requested, again, that the order be canceled. No response.
I have reached out to PayPal and they are useless in assisting.
