I love the shape - it fits my house.

I got the Storm style for myself and for my neighbor who has very arthritic hands. The glasses are substantial and so easy to hold especially with the design assisting in the grip. They are beautiful. The decanter is just as fantastic as the glasses and they sparkle in the light. I also like the way the aroma of the beverage hits you before you taste the drink

The glass fits your hand just right. Not only looks great, but also feels great!

Yes I love them good quality. The company kept me informed. The ordering of them was easy and straight forward . They arrived and the packaging was brilliant. Thank you

Simply terrible. Cheap nasty. Seams down two ‘sides’ of glass. Would not use as everyday water or squash glasses. Yet another example of China originated ‘scams’.

Returns prohibitively expensive.

I wanted to buy some non-traditional whisky glasses and came across the Tsukiglass website. The pictures and words were very appealing and I purchased a pair each of the Storm and Hoshi glasses. What a mistake. As a number of people have commented, citing the construction, sound,etc of the glasses, it is a real stretch to believe they are crystal. Further, the Hoshi glasses, are lightweight, have no brand marking on the base or anywhere else on the glass and feel cheap.....the type you could pick up in stores selling generic glasses for a tenth of the price.
I also had delivery problems and at one stage was about to request a refund thinking they had probably been lost in transit (still not sure if they were sent from China or Japan)...if only they had been!!
For me, then, an awful product and a dreadful waste of money...and my fault, as I should have read the reviews and been suspicious of products that attracted reviews of such polar extremes.

Not Crystal, do the ping test, definite mold lines. Drop shipped from China. Not japanese hand blown. Yes they look cool but not the feel I was going for at all. I'd rather pay for proper quality. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and i paid for premium.

These glasses are beautiful. They are great to hold even with arthritic hands, so comfortable. They look equisite, certainly beautifully designed.. I have now purchased 10 of these for my family .. thank you 🤩

I ordered two storm glasses.
It took 10 days, shipped from China not Japan. The glass sits nicely in my hand but is obviously moulded glass with obvious seams. The glass is not clear, there is a faint hazziness.
With these problems I do not recommend these glasses.

I wanted to share my experience with TsukiGlass so other consumers can make an informed decision.

I ordered a set of glasses, received them, and inspected them after unboxing. After a couple of days, I decided the quality and feel of the glassware did not meet my expectations and initiated a return.

Before approving the return, customer service required multiple photos of the product. After providing the photos, I was first offered a partial refund if I kept the product, along with a discount toward a future purchase. I declined both offers and requested a full refund.

The company eventually agreed to a full refund, but only if I paid the return shipping costs. Given the nature of the product and where it appears to be shipped, the return shipping may be a substantial percentage of the original purchase price.

While the company technically honored its return policy, I found the process cumbersome and disappointing. Had I known how expensive and difficult the return process would be, I would have considered that before purchasing.

My advice to prospective buyers is to carefully review the return policy and understand who pays return shipping before placing an order.

Well it was supposed to be sent fed ex express and it took two weeks
The good … packaging was top notch gift wrapped in black paper and satin ribbon

The bad … well these are not crystal by any stretch of the imagination and there is a seam running up both sides of the glass very Walmart looking .. they are heavy glass and even though they fit the hand nice they feel cheap not anywhere close to $20 a piece !!!they promote well to bad they dont strive to put out a really good product instead of trying to deceive

I purchased these glasses when they advertised a couple of years for my husbands birthday. Because I did not look at reviews as, I always instruct my children to do prior to ordering on line, I made a big mistake. I immediately cancelled the order. Two days later they responded that it already shipped, which it had not, as I found out when getting the tracking number. I then told them that I would not accept the package. Which I did by taking the pkg straight to Fedex and told them I did not accept the pkg and they sent it back. I also notified my credit card company and they reversed the charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The Tsuki glasses are absolutely gorgeous and they feel so amazing in the hand! Family members have commented on them and we have purchased several sets for gifts! Love them!!!

Products are as advertised, I found the company through an ad that popped up in google so I was initially hesitant but decided to give it a try and glad that I did. Very unique design, pieces seem high quality, shipping was a lot faster than I expected and the packaging was immaculate. Have ordered several items and will continue to do so in the future!

This company is the worst! They will refuse a return if their product arrives defective. I purchased their smoke kit and the torch did not work. I simply asked if I could keep the kit but exchange the torch since it wouldn’t light, but the rest of the kit was fine. I thought I was doing them a favor by not requesting a return of the entire kit. They refused. They would not accept a return of either the single part or the entire purchase. It is their policy to refuse any and all returns, period. Be warned, if there is a problem (e.g., a broken glass perhaps), they will not accept any responsibility. Any purchase with this company is entirely at your own risk.

Dear all at Tsuki Glass
I received my delivery today and I cannot express enough on how happy I am with the purchase. I got the 6 glass set and decanter and they all are absolutely gorgeous not only to look at but to hold. The two extra glasses received were of a slightly different cut but I love them just as much. I'm keeping the full set and decanter for some really good Japanese whisky and the two as a gift will be used for my usual Scotch.
I was also impressed with the packaging. SSo much care packing individual boxes of glass and the decanter and top, beautifully wrapped in a black wrapping making it perfect as a gift. Everything was safely packed in one large box which had no specific markings on it. I loved that for two reasons, prevents theft, and it also means it is perfectly packaged as a gift.
I was definitely not expecting them to arrive for at least 2 weeks, I only placed the order earlier this week and I got it today, Thursday. Your sales and communications team members have been a pleasure to deal with.
i don't often take the time or make the effort to send complimentary emails like this but you definitely deserve every accolade. Well done and I will be buying from you again.

The whole experience was very easy from ordering to delivery. My husband would say these are his favourite glasses, for the look and also for how they feel in the hand.
