They ruined my ring while sizing it then proceeded to yell at me and take no responsibility. Happy to hear they are going out of business. I wish someone had warned me!

After five years living near Abingdon I have used this jeweler numerous times. They are the most helpful and friendly people. They offer a great service and products.

Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT buy jewellery from here, as if you have a problem whatsoever they will do nothing to correct or help you.
Purchased a gold necklace and a gold letter pendant around July 2022. I was extremely happy with both until 2 weeks ago. The letter pendant which I wear on a daily basis without taking off appeared to be misshaped, it’s a letter H and it looked more like a letter T. I was So upset as have t even had it a year yet, so I gently pushed it back into shape- and continued to wear it. A week ago I awoke and looked into the mirror to see it had happened again but worse shape, unrecognisable now I again tried to bend it back, big mistake I should have left it and sent back to the shop as maybe they would believe that there was no foul play here. Instead I tried to put it back into shape and it snapped totally in half!! Shocked and upset I emailed TT jewellers, who said I should send a photo and then they would sort. Sent the pic and they’re now blaming me saying it’s either through an accident or neglect!! Or mis use!!! I only ever wore the necklace in a normal manner, didn’t even take it off!! How can it be my fault they are refusing a replacement or a refund?

My husband asked for earrings and pendant to be made with Diamonds and pink Sapphire for our Diamond Wedding Anniversary ..they were absolutely beautiful and so beautifully wrapped for us…I highly recommend this business ..the husband and wife owners are a pure delight to deal with..my grateful thanks!

Was given an amazing and unusual ring which came so beautifully and thoughtfully wrapped. The customer service I recieved is excellent. I had a minor problem and I returned again to the shop - my issue was quickly resolved and effortlessly sorted out and I was so happy. I highly recommend TT and his wife.
