Review on a water dispenser unit (Vesta)
I ordered a water dispenser unit (Vesta) and when I make the payment there was an issue I faced in payment portal. it said server error on my screen. I had to call customer services to get my order verified as the price was already deducted from my account. However, within 30 minutes, tudo.lk confirmed my payment along with the order. I placed the order on 24th and the delivery done on 26th morning. I'm happy about the delivery but not so much about the item as it was slightly damaged. Could be manufacturing defaults. A little bit crooked near compartment door unit and the housing / plastic case of the same is also crooked from the side. I wish to insert few pictures but I don't see such an option available in review section.

I contacted the online chat many times and asked to get the vendor to send me the login details for Amazon Prime. Kevin was a little helpful, at least told me he contacted the vendor and it will be sent. but I waited didnt happen. There was another guy called Pasindu dint want to be of any help. I even told I purchased the same about an year ago and got the details within few seconds. Since there is no option to directly contact the vendor, at around 10pm on Daraz I spoke to the vendor and told I placed an order on Tudo, and gave the order no and got it to my account in few seconds, which your help desk couldn't do. Terrible service

The delivery time for this order is 48 Hours. We cannot force sellers to deliver within the agreed time
