Warranty scam. Don’t buy. It says guaranteed for life. Sent in a claim and the shipping is 16$. Which is more than what I paid for the glass protector.

Very disappointed with Tuff8. I installed their screen protector on my iPhone 17, and after only two weeks, the screen protector was already cracked.
I went back to the phone store, and they told me I had to register online for a replacement. Only after registering did I discover that I had to pay $14.99 in shipping fees plus tax.
Honestly, this feels like a rip-off. I can buy strong screen protectors for $10 without having to pay additional fees for a replacement. If the salesperson had clearly explained these conditions before I purchased the product, I would never have bought it.
I do not recommend this product. Be aware of the additional costs before purchasing. In my opinion, it is only worth it if you are willing to keep paying them money over and over again.
I bought thw tuff8 samsung s26 case and lens protectors.. the case didn't cover my lens, its then and flimsy and the lens protectors are thin peices of plastic. my lens cracks less then 2 weeks later.. dont buy these cases get something better for 90...the 40watt charger block works the same as the 30watt...smh

Hi there, thanks for the review. A couple of clarifications that might help explain what you experienced:
Most phone cases, including TUFF8's, are not designed to cover the camera lens itself — this is standard across the industry, as full lens coverage would interfere with photo and video quality. That's what the separate lens protector is for.
As for the lens protector cracking: that's actually it doing its job. Camera lens protectors are made from tempered glass or specialized plastic specifically so that if something impacts the lens, the protector absorbs the damage instead of your camera lens itself. A cracked protector after an impact means it protected your phone's camera as intended — which is why we sell them as a sacrificial layer, not a one-time-use flaw.
On the charger: 30W vs. 40W output isn't about the charger underperforming. Charging speed is capped by your phone's battery and charging chip, not the charger's max rated wattage. If your device only accepts up to 30W, it will charge at 30W whether the charger is rated for 40W, 65W, or higher — the extra headroom just means the charger can also fast-charge other devices that support higher wattages.

This product is an absolute ripoff and not worth a cent. I went through two of these in under three months, and both were completely destroyed from ONE minor everyday drop. The build quality is laughably bad.
The so-called “free replacement” is misleading—you’re forced to pay over $15 in shipping, which is ridiculous given the item’s poor quality. To make matters worse, the replacement was shipped in a cheap $2 postage envelope with no protection, practically guaranteeing it’ll arrive damaged.
This feels like something you’d get for a dollar from a discount site, not a product sold at a premium price. Save your money and avoid this at all costs. Avoid !!!

Regarding the warranty: we offer a limited lifetime warranty, which allows customers to receive replacements as many times as needed. The $14.99 shipping fee is standard and helps cover fulfillment and logistics costs — this is a common industry practice for replacement programs.
We also want to address the packaging concern — all replacements are shipped in protective packaging designed specifically to prevent damage during transit, and we have not encountered issues with items arriving broken.
