We used TWS to put shutters throughout our house, they always responded to questions, checked with us about what we wanted and managed our expectations on lead time and installation. Would recommend.

After our expressing an interest in TWS products, their representative visited a few days later. He fully explained all of the options available to us, enabling us to make the correct choice. When the shutters arrived from the manufacturer, they were installed without delay. The installation went well with minimum fuss, and the site was left clean and tidy. We are pleased with the shutters and look forward to many years of good service from them.

Steve and Iain were great through the whole process. They visited us a couple of times to make sure they had the exact measurements and answer any questions we had. The shutters arrived earlier than expected and they were flexible with an installation date that worked for me.
They were fitted well and there was no mess afterwards. Really pleased with the shutters. One of the panels was damaged on arrival which Steve pointed out and a replacement panel was ordered immediately. We will be going ahead with Tunbridge Wells Shutters again when we do the upstairs. It is clear that Steve and Iain care about their customers. A great company to do business with.

Both bedrooms were fitted with shutters as per the quote. The work was carried out very efficiently and exactly as we were told. There was no mess as the fitter cleaned up with a hoover as he worked. We would recommend them without hesitation.
