I had 3 quotes in total, and TWS weren't the cheapest.... but I seen them to best the best value. This can be viewed in both the quality of the product and the quality of their workmanship.

Following our enquiry we had a personal visit in order to take detailed measurements for the shutters and confirm choice etc. There followed a formal quotation. We paid a deposit and awaited contact for fitting. The lead-time was around 12 weeks which we were advised of at the measurement visit. The lead-time was correct and an an appointment was made for fitting. The fitting was expertly carried out with proper regard for our property. The shutters are of excellent quality and we are delighted with them. A very professional service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use them again.
