This company is a scam! Ordered 2 months ago and never received my order. After many attempts trying to reach out to them no one got back to me.

BEWARE OF SCAM!! I made a large wholesale order and paid via wire transfer. For over 2 months, my products have not shipped and the owner is completely unresponsive. I wired these people over $1500 and I am working with the Turkish police to find their location and arrest them.

Sent payment by bank transfer for a large wholesale order, as instructed, and then the seller became completely unresponsive and never sent the items.

I've tried contacting the seller by email, WhatsApp, contact us page, and by phone with no response.

Pretty fast and affordable shipping with easy to navigate website, but unfortunately the pepper mills we ordered barely work. The grinding is so incredibly slow these would never be practical fo table use if you want any considerable amount of pepper on your food, let alone for use when cooking large quantities of food. They look beautiful but the workmanship s quite poor as some pieces were very tight and others somewhat loose. For the price, it's understandable these wouldn't be very high quality, but they are practically ornamental.

What was said about the trays weight I bought wasn’t accurate, in fact that was a scheme to get the money and since the expenses for deliver and duties are hight to Canada it’s not worth it to claim the refund through credit card fraud section. In total I paid around $300 for something that hardly cost $20 !

Love the concept of the pepper grinder, but it's flimsy, and the peppercorns keep flying out

Breakfast set order - October
I ordered the breakfast set twice in October. Both times I ordered it, it arrived broken; the first order was also in the wrong colour.
After the first order, your customer service team very kindly helped in filing a new order for me. When it arrived broken for the second time, I opened the parcel in front of the postman and did not accept it (in accordance to Turkishbox's refund policies). I have since contacted the customer service team multiple times, but I have not yet received a refund. I placed the order in October (5-6 months ago)

I was surprised how fast the goods arrived, and in great shape too! Totally recommend!

You need an adaptor and they charge you over $200 for shipping. Its not worth it. Very disappointing.
