YouTube TV is decent however overpriced and overrated. Also, the billing department is horrible. No one is able to be contacted ever. I’ve tried changing the payment methods on this account and it always conveniently “errors” out not letting me change it. I’ll just cancel the service and go back to other services

Seven months ago signed up for youtube…

Seven months ago signed up for youtube premium. Recently discovered been double charging me. Signed up on gmail.com for premium and music. Recently saw that they also signed me up on another email account without informing me. Contacted them refused refund. Went to bank and they said if I could sign in on both accounts no refund. Told the bank no refund. They ripped me off for 105 dollars. Will not refund me. Closed account still no refund. I did not want or ask for2 accounts.

Has been couple weeks since canceled u tube for ripping me off for 7 months. Getting emails to please come back so we can charge you double again. Cannot believe these guys. I am currently a YouTube TV subscriber…

I am currently a YouTube TV subscriber and I listen to YouTube music. Both do not control the volume levels of their advertisers. YouTube has blown out my mini JBL speakers and YouTube TV has blown out my dell monitor speakers. Although commercials in general are too loud, which the FCC needs to address, local channels at least maintain enough control over their channels that it does not damage the end users speakers. I didn't keep track of the date's of these experiences but they were not within the last couple of weeks but the blowout commercials happen on a frequent basis. I'm sure many other end users would agree.

Expect zero customer service from YouTube TV

A couple of years ago, we switched to Google TV, and right away, we were getting double-billed on our credit card. Despite hours of trying to recover our $800 in over-billing, I was only able to recover $200, and that was through the credit card company. In essence, YouTube TV has no customer service and ended up just pocketing the remaining $600 themselves.

YouTube TV had to refund me my money…

YouTube TV had to refund me my money because they allow one of their members to set up a account steal my banking information and use it to purchase Services and it took me almost 3 months to get my money back and I will be seeking legal action against them for allowing that fraud to happen. I feel like they should’ve gave me more than just my money back because of the hassle this caused me as well as causing my bank account to go to overdraft. They did not verify the name on the bank card to match the name on the account.

Youtube TV has crappy interface and lousy troughput.

You have the shoddiest interface software of all the streaming services. It's can't hold a fully defined image and most of the time it's not sharp and without focus and definition. I can disconnect and then reconnect and sometimes it's clear for a few minutes than it turns to garbage all over again. And your software design/navigation is sophmoric!

Don't waste your money

Do not waste your money on this app!! I spent over $250 for the Sunday Ticket and they hardly ever let you watch it. They make it to where you can't find it and when you do get to watch it,they black out the games you want to see. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I wasted nearly 2 hours trying to redeem the $20 Disney credit while they were in negotiations. Why don't they just knock $20 off everyone's bill who has Disney? Ended up calling their customer service people since NOTHING online would work. It was my pleasure wasting their time since they insisted on wasting so much of mine.

I cancelled youtube tv due to excessive buffering

I subscribed to ytv to record and watch USWNT soccer. I cancelled because EVERY recording buffers stops, starts, and buffers so much that the game is unwatchable. I would rather deal with the commercials of regular ol (free) YouTube where the play is smooth and consistent (so I know it's not my connection as ytv is the only service with issues

YoutubeTV doesn't want to honor the $20 Credit

I have had YoutubeTV for years and after the recent channel dispute with Disney and being without ESPN, we were told we would receive a $20 bill credit. Well, they never told us how to claim the $20 so I thought it would be automatic when they automatically charge my card every month, but it wasn't. I tried searching online & on the site but no luck. After tirelessly searching, I finally found the customer service number. When I finally spoke to an agent, she said the cutoff date to claim the credit has past. After threatening to cancel my service after being a long time customer, she said she could give me the credit. It seems like YoutubeTV is definitely trying not to give the credit that they swore they would give. This left a bad taste in my mouth & I doubt I will be keeping their services after next month, since I now have to wait another month to receive my credit.

Had the service for 48 minutes. Yes 48 minutes. The interface is horrendous. I added Paramount plus but it didn’t come with lots of Paramount plus shows. Signed up for the 7 day trial and they charged me. $20.99. How is that a free trial? Immediately cancelled the service. The customer service person was not allowing me to cancel. I called PayPal and in minutes they got me my money back. Usually it takes 8 days but PayPal must go through this every time. Called back and confirmed my cancellation and received an email acknowledging this. Lame TV. I’m sticking with Hulu.

Im already paying $83 a month and im still forced to watch more ads than a free TV app like Tubi. I just tried to sign in and it was forcing me to "Try for Free" ESPN sports package. I had no option to say NO, only try it or look at plans to add. To pay this much to be treated this badly makes me feel like Im a moron for even subscribing. I honestly dont know why anybody would pay for this garbage...

YouTube TV charged me 90 some dollars…

YouTube TV charged me 90 some dollars for signing up for a free trial. So that we could watch the Minnesota Vikings game, and we couldn't watch It anyways. Because it wasn't available in the metro area. Because it was in away game. I guess and we didn't have the NFL ticket. So instead of we watched absolutely nothing. And instead of them notifying me, like, hey, your free trial is gonna end here. Soon? So if you don't want the service, you should cancel now. Like every other reputable place does YouTube decided to charge me $90 for watching nothing. And then when I request a refund, they said to refer to their policies that I'm not eligible for a refund.

Very hard to navigate not user…

Very hard to navigate not user friendly. Didn’t have abc or espn, shows that were supposed to record had a condensed version of what I had recorded. I went back to Hulu . Really strange that during the mass exodus from Hulu your leadership would play games with networks, could have kept subscribers but instead you gave people more reasons to cancel.

YouTube TV lost it's way

YouTube TV lost it's way, there is no ESPN+ even after the Disney deal and I left during the ESPN blackout and will never return FUBU is much better for sports and college football anyway and YouTubeTV got greedy will not be back.

Rebate for lack of programming

We are unable to receive any Disney programing for at least a couple of weeks. They are offering a $20.00 rebate because of this but make it almost impossible to claim it. OK when it works but basically customer assistance is non-excitant.
