I have never been more unhappy with a service. Cost 80$ a month and there are so many ads you can’t get into the flow of movies. It got stuck in a loop this morning and played 27 ads.. 27ads!!! In a row. However I am relieved I’m not missing out by not having this service anymore.

It’s been pretty good, but these “enjoy the zen” commercials are very annoying. I think I’m going to drop it. Didn’t have those stupid delays with my old provider

Zero customer support unless you want to buy advertising. They are so arrogant that they assume that their system always works and if it doesn't the customer is out the money

When they started having issues with the network negotiations I lost my local channels entirely. I called them several times with most of those calls getting a busy signal or hang ups. Then I got a young man one day and I was excited to get some help but before he would help me he said he had to verify my email address. He had me go to Apple Pay and type in 250$. When I realized what he was doing and said no he got ugly and said he would make sure my service was canceled and hung up on me. I also filled out their service questionnaires and told them what was going on but never got one reply. I canceled my service online but it says they are still going to bill me until November 2nd. I haven’t had service since September 28th. Total rip off in my opinion.

I signed up for a free trial, and cancelled the next day, but was charged for a full month. The reason I cancelled is because the coverage of the game I wanted to watch started 10 minutes late. Navigating the site to cancel is a nightmare.

Stop think selecting if you join and cancel you not using and they continue taking payment no responses no acknowledgements . You have to cancel with bank and start all over again.

I love the new User interface so much better now.

Why in the world can't I sign in to YouTube tv without linking my email to a device and to my phone. I should be able to sign in to the account that I pay for through the device that im using the thing on. Im tired of having to link every thing electronic that I own to one freaking tech company so they can get all my information packed and serve me ads and stalk me because everything I do has to be linked. Leave me alone and let me just watch TV that I pay for without harassing me. Even to leave this review I need an email. Its ridiculous.

You BOOB TV 82.99 A MONTH???? MAY AS WELL HAVE US BEND OVER! OVERPRICED BY ABOUT 62.99. AVOID THEM AS ALL THEY DO IS RIP!!!!!YOU!!!!! OFF!!!!!!! SIGNAL CUTS OUT 60% OF THE TIME...IF YOU LOKE THAT THEN BON APPETITE!

Left Hulu due to their high cost for this tv service and it’s ALREADY almost as much as Hulu. Still buffers from time to time. $88.79 a month for 100+ channels. What a rip-off. Just cancelled my subscription last month. You want cheap affordable TV service? Get SurfTV4Less. Only $35.00 a month for over 700 channels.

The only reason I gave them a 1 is because I can’t give them a 0! I tried them due to not being able to get NBC ota all of a sudden. They offered 2 months free. That sounded good. Strike 1- my bank account was charged 1 month before I got off their website. Strike 2-all I could get was local news (streamed) the next day. Strike 3-I tried for 4 hours to get a refund that day which did not work on their website. I’ve tried calling them for 3 days and you cannot talk to a customer service representative. This is a HORRIBLE company.

Terrible i bought a monthly subscription on the 15th and the restricted my account on the 23rd after they attempted to re-charge me for the same service… after talking to representative and there supervisor their fix was to refund and cancel my membership subscription over $8.51 which i was willing to pay.. F U youtube

Not enough choices of live TV, and if they get rid of fox news channel no more you turn on my TV.

So disappointing! Youtubetv was the best at one point, and now I hate myself for keeping it. The product itself is good, their business practices and customer service are terrible. I tried to change my payment method to a different card which they would not accept. Okay fine, but then they charge the card they don't accept. Trying to contact them for anything is a disaster and takes half the day. Ugh! I hate change but it is clearly inevitable.

NFL Ticket is a joke, expensive and you can’t watch all games in nfl ticket they block them even though it’s not on local tv. Never had this issue in 3 years buying it.

Many Channels including NFL Network which Direct TV Stream charges more for. That’s the positive. The negative? They keep raising their prices without telling the customer. You just see it when you check your bank statement. Oh yeah they want to take money out of your account so they require automatic payments like most TV services. In reality all these TV providers are crooks. Some worse than the others. These guys are somewhere in the middle, for now.

Customer service is the worst. They wanted me to add and app. I wouldn't do it just wanted to make my payment took me 45 minutes on the phone and the guy hung up on me for being rude. Don't care it shouldn't be that hard to make a payment

YouTube TV after charging me for another 30 days of service locked my access. Every channel says "Content Not Available". When I called them they said they suspended my account for suspicious activity. I pay for unlimited TVs in my home but none can receive TV, not on my phone or computer either since they have locked my account. They said they would have to investigate the issue and I will be without the service I am paying for for 2 weeks! Last I checked it is unlawful to charge for an unreceived service! If this is the way their company operates I dont believe anyone would want to do business with them. I know they can easily push a button and my TV would work again, but they refuse to.

If there was an option to give a negative star review, I would give a -10. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Condescending, try to get me to send $499 via Apple Pay, stating it was a dummy account. Let’s say for the sake of argument that that’s a legit thing. With technology and banking systems the way they are why would I need to do that?? The customer service agent hung up on me after I said absolutely not and stated that it was a specific code to verify my bank account, not an amount coming out of my account. I checked with two people who said that was a legitimate customer service number too.
