The tv bed we bought is absolutely fantastic, lovely quality, easy to build and great sound with soundbar built in. Also, they're a professional company with good communication. This is actually the 3rd TV bed we've bought from them. Would highly recommend!

Found this company to be very helpful and accommodating. I purchased an Eston tv bed which came at a good price. The quality of the frame is generally very good, but an improvement to the way the ottoman base fits in would be a significant upgrade, as would be the provision of a ventilated top for the media box.
Overall it went together very well, and it is possible for one person to assemble it but two would be better when fitting the mattress boards. (But don't be surprised to find yourself laying in the ottoman to fix the mattress board bolts!!).
Overall though this has been a good experience with the firm delivering quickly and responding to enquiries immediately. The five boxes it arrived in were taken to the exact room by the lads who delivered. Unpacking was straightforward with all the components well labelled, and present.
When completed the bed looks better than the Web photos and the technical bits all function as they should. TV lift is reasonably quiet and smooth, and the built in speakers were easy to link to the 43" LG TV I have installed. Sound quality hasn't really been tested yet but initially it seems OK.
Overall I would recommend this bed, and this company.

We searched many retailers online and in store for our new TV bed. The service we received at TV bed store was fantastic, we were made to feel so comfortable and they were so helpful with questions. The showroom is impeccable and great to see the beds before purchase, it’s also absolute spotless which we found wasn’t always the case when visiting other possible retailers! The quality of the beds compared to the many others we had seen was more than clear to see. Special thanks to Chris, Kate and another lovely lady with brown hair and a bob for helping us find our perfect TV bed and mattress. We already had a TV bed but the features on this recent one we have purchased are second to none. We’ve already had so many friends and family ask for the website link as it’s truly brilliant! The speaker sound is fantastic along with the ottoman storage which is hard to find on TV beds and a great feature. Our bed was delivered a handful of days after purchase was promised and the two guys who did delivery ( I believe their names were Steve and paddy) were again so lovely!! They carried the many huge and very heavy boxes upstairs into the bedroom for us and ensured they did so with care! Again they were lovely and super friendly and made sure we knew we could contact them with any queries at all.

Couldn’t recommend this company more we absolutely love our TV bed, not only are the beds the best quality the service was too. The bed feels so premium, we love it. Also worth nothing they offer almost double the guarantee of any other tv bed retailer!

Great products and had some great offers available. I had a couple of issues with the bed and optical cord which I was supposed to be contacted back with however I wasn’t hence the 4 star. Recently had a curiosity call which was nice and given help with my optical cord help, I did wonder why I wasn’t told about using Bluetooth when I rang the helpline.
The only thing I wish was better was the quality of the remote, I spent a lot of money to have it perfect for the cheap remote to let it down. If only that was a better quality I’d be over the moon.

I will never go back to an ordinary bed, so much more space not having my tv on a dresser and I have more space under my bed. Yes they’re expensive however they’re made well.

We visited the store a few weeks ago, found exactly what we wanted, but need to check measurements, I rang up a few days later and by the end of the week had a bed and mattress delivered, service was brilliant I had one query once we set the bed up and was given advice over the phone how to resolve this. Excellent customer service and we are very happy with our purchase.

Delivery came early. The boys were very helpful in taking all the boxes to the empty room. The assembly instructions were very clear.

An amazing service and excellent quality bed. Delivery was well organised and the help line was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to but again the quality is fantastic far exceed our expectations.

Great quality, really sturdy and heavy-duty frame, durable material which has withstood many cat scratches.
